Sahara International Deluxe — Hotel in Delhi

I visited Hotel Sahara International Delux, Pahar Ganj, Near Banke Bihari Temple, New Delhi on 25.03.2018 as I had booked just one day before and the check-in time written on website 12:00 and called hotel for early check in at 8:00 am to 7:00 pm on 25.03.2018 before making payment online. And the hotel person agreed that 25.03.2018 (On Sunday) they can give early check in without any problem. And then I booked a room for three adults (Me, My Wife and My Son (Age 16 years) or one night only. I wrote all communication done with Hotel Person before making a reservation on the backside of Hotel Booking Confirmation Voucher.||||When I reached hotel reception at 07:30 am for early check-in; the counter staff told the check-in time is 12:00 and he unable to give early check-in.||||I told him that I had asked to you before paying money (reservation) and you were agreed to give me early check in. Then he met his Manager and he asked me that to whom you had made a call to get early check-in. I told him that the cell numbers are taken from your website and give him the same number to him. And he called that person and told him that why he was not told him regarding my communication held before the hotel booking. ||||Then they give us a room on ground floor and which was average. Although we had booked a hotel for 8:30 am to 7:00 pm but due to some personal work; we had done check- out the hotel at 12:30 noon.||||*Also the hotel manager demanding photo id proof for all. I told him at the website; you wrote Adults Guest must carry Photo ID Proof while check-in and my son which is 16 years old; does not carry the same and they asking for the same. I told them; at your website, your wrote Adult persons must carry valid ID proof. But he told; Delhi Police creates objection the same. HOTEL MUST MENTION THIS RULE ON THE WEBSITE. Anyway, they...

I had stayed at this place early in the year en route to Manali.||||The hotel tariff is quite reasonable given the amenities offered. The hotel is in close proximity to the R. K. Ashram Metro Station, it's about 2 kilometres. It's easier to walk through the busy streets than hiring a rickshaw, provided you are travelling light. The front office staff were polite and had offered assistance with hiring a rickshaw.||||I had checked into this place without prior booking and had to wait for about 30 minutes before a room could be arranged. The room was cleaned just before I had entered, so no complaints on cleanliness. The size of the room though, was quite cramped, but then again given the tariff, you can't really ask for much.||||The wash rooms are clean with the facility of running hot water. The rooms are also equipped with small screen televisions.||||The area in which the hotel is located is extremely busy in the day. Given an option, it's wise to opt for a room away from the road. I had tried the food at the hotel restaurant and wasn't very happy with the quality and the service was quite slow. That being said, there are several food options around the hotel that visitors could explore.||||In all a budget stay option, may not be ideal...
