Coffee Bond — Restaurant in Delhi

I think they are good in serving coffee as the name suggest. The seating is nice with long table and a balcony seating a charging points everywhere in one section. The place is situated in the middle of the GK -1 M block market but the place is not entirely sound proof. So they compensate with loud music. The service was fine but food was not good at all. The staff came with a smile but was not helpful. We visited on November 5, 2022(around 02:15pm) Being a coffee shop I brought my laptop to sit, do some work, have some beverages and good food. We went to the main seating area the music was loud music so we decide to shift to the other place (ar entry and exit) when we checked with the staff about AC and plug point he said AC is not working properly and no plug point nearby along with no cushions on the seat. To give it a try we shifted there, disappointed and came back to the main area. We asked the staff to lower the volume but he did listen to us but didn’t pay any heed to our request. We ordered Avacado chicken Salad and Mango. As mango was out of season so we got the salad with Watermelon. They messed with the our order they served us Chicken salad with no chicken in it. We requested the staff and they replaced it. The salad was very disappointing the weird combination of Water melon, seasonal lime and chicken. We told the person on duty that we didn’t like it. Again the staff listen to it but no response.

We still had the disappointing salad and getting fed up we thought of leaving the place. While we were going the person (on duty) sent someone else to give us the bill. So that they staff doesn’t need to do any compensation.

The hard copy of the BILL was not also provided they showed us the amount on their phone.

The staff needs to be more accommodative and customer oriented. We had very sad experience. The restaurant needs to work on the staff and some food. I am sure they serve good coffee....

I used to be a big fan of this place, especially for their hot chocolate. But I'm never going there back again after my last visit recently. It was around 8.30 at night and we were heading there for dinner. Upon reaching, I went to the washroom and it was in such a bad condition. The floor and seat was wet, there were cockroaches all over, there was no toilet paper. When I went to wash my hands, the soap was over. So I asked the servers to refill the soap. They said they were out soap. We asked them to give it from the kitchen... which the chefs use, right? They said they're out of that soap too. We asked them for sanitizer- that was over too, they said. Imagine eating at a place and being served food which is prepared by chefs who don't even wash their hands. So unhygienic! They did not even seem sorry about this and just had no response. We felt so so disgusted and thankfully hadn't ordered anything till then so we dashed out. NEVER going back here!!

Plus they’re doing something fishy with their Zomato reviews. When I took a proper look, I noticed that many reviews were written by the same person 2 times consecutively (screenshots attached). And there are 8-10 reviews written together on the same day by different people but with very similar language. Something definitely...

Coffee Bond. This restaurant is located just at the entry of M block Market in GK1. Describing the ambience, this place has some wooden seating as well as creates a soothing and peaceful environment for all the coffee lovers, couples, or friends. This restaurant should be on your go to list, if you want to spend some quality time over a cup of coffee or some delicious snacks. Service in this restaurant was well etiquetted and efficient. Thanks to Zomato gold once again for providing us with some delicious dishes. Considering the food option, we had Sandwiches, pasta and a iced tea. In sandwich, we had mixed business which had the dressing of tzatziki with some sun-dried tomatoes, zucchini and some mix veggies. The pasta whereas was so cheesy in taste, the mixed sauce was wonderful as it had the flavours of bechamel as well as tomato sauce followed by some vegetables. The iced tea was something different. It was named as iced strawberry black. It had the flavour of black tea with some strawberry flavour in it and of course having the ingredients of ice tea. Overall, it was a wonderful day for us.
