Hotel Royal Inn Dwarka — Hotel in Gujarat

Very Bad. They charged 2000 for 1 room (without breakfast) which is almost same as 3star Deluxe hotel with breakfast. But this hotel maybe 2 star but Rooms are not even clean as budget hotels. We choose it because the location is good and there is ocean view room. But rest is all bad, staff behaviour & service also not acceptable. We booked 2 Rooms, in both room bedsheets, pilow covers, blanket, everything was dirty they did not changed it. After checkin We went out for city tour and I gave they room key to change the bedsheets, pilow covers etc, We came back after 5 hours and they did not change anything, AC was not working they only started the AC. All Rooms ac were in bad condition as well, and all bathrooms tap handles were broken. I say all Rooms because in both of our Rooms condition were same. In 2nd room there was even lot of ants on bed, it seems yesterday someone stayed and eat on bed, but the hotel staff did not clean the room. At night We told them to change the bedsheets etc, manager answer rudely. I would not recommend this hotel and I will never stay here again. Dirty Rooms dirty bed. Not value for money, staff is...

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again. Walk-in distance for the dwaraka dhish temple. The view is so amazing from the hotel.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Hotel location is good & near the main Dwarkadhish temple. Room was cleaned after multiple requests. Bed sheets, pillow cover etc were not changed before check in. We didn't had got good options available therefore had no choice. Try to find good hotel ahead of time & book it online.
