We had a great stay at Hotel Esquina. This is a hidden pearl next to Grand Mall and opposite Lulu Mall Kochi ( just 6 min walk). Apart from the convenient location , the highlight about this property was their staff. From the front desk to the kitchen team to the maintenance staff, everyone was super helpful and kind. And this made our stay even more pleasant. For the abled and the special needs guests, the team had personally taken care of our every requirement from check in to check out. The rooms were neatly set, spacious and the bathrooms were neat&clean. A special mention about the food at this property: Their breakfast was really really tasty. So also the in-room dining food was freshly prepared and delicious. We would love to stay here again. Stayed in this hotel for 12 days. The rooms and the hotel was very clean. Everything was organized and neat. Hotel is on national highway very close to lulu mall. You just have to cross the road and enter the metro and directly to lulu mall. The service was exceptionally good. Everyone from the managers, to receptionists to service staff are very kind and dedicated. Food was authentic south Indian cuisine. Food tastes good and are served very fresh. In addition to free breakfast which comes with the room, room-service menu has a lot of options to try on and the prices were really good.
