BEST FURNITURE- POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE
We had purchased a premium recliner and a Book case from this place. My number one and only preference when it comes to furniture.
Its not just about a Chair or a Table. Its the Body of work, universal standard, Material and design quality, designer signature and over all, the sheer convenience of indulged shopping experience.
But the post purchase scene is very poor and unprofessional.
We had bought an Ashby's electric recliner chair and Melange 3 door bookcase from HOME CENTER only 8 months back. We had to shift home now, so the products needed to be disassembled. Upon calling the toll free, they said unless there is any complaint, they cant issue customer service. 'DIASSEMBLY' was not considered a service request and it cant be done !!! Sorry. Bye". Upon calling the showroom, they said "we usually don't do this, i should do it or a local carpenter, otherwise let me see when a free time comes, we may consider. Bye...!!!"
Believing that Home center had a professional vision of after sale service, i was heart break after this. Almost 1 Lakh worth of products was bought (persuasion to make us buy is laudable) and within 1 year time of purchase, we are being neglected. What more can happen to a customer when they are left alone, cheated and abandoned.

Read moreI had purchased a dining table 6 seater seeing a picture of table and 4 chairs and one bench with offer 50% and Combo offer printed on top of the picture. Thinking that it’s a combo offer purchased it using credit card and scheduled delivery for June 30th. One of my friend also has.done this seeing the offer. For her the delivery was on June 10th or so.
When she got the delivery on time, she realizes that its not combo offer it’s only the table. She informed me and I was also shocked and contacted the home centre delivery and I had informed the delivery person even before delivery even before they started from the go down. As per his guidance i was compelled to accept the delivery since it was a prepaid order. Then only i accepted the delivery saying after that I can contact customer care and cancel the order and request for refund.
According i did. And now they are saying is should pay 1000 rs delivery charge for this . Not because of my fault but because of the misleading listing of their product and misleading communication from their employee i am.forced to pay 1000 rs or to have a table without chairs

Read moreI have ordered a Dining table set from Home centre edapally Kochin. The same was scheduled to deliver on 30th October 2021. However I have already intimated the store only on a second or 4th Saturday as I am a traveller and an Auditor in a reputed bank recently transferred and no one will be at home. They have sent a message giving the van tracking system which stated they would reach my home by morning 10.40am then timing changed to 11.40 then so on now it is showing as 4.40 Pm. When I enquired the customer service there is no help they are saying you wait in you home for entire day we would deliver any time. I am waiting since morning till now there is no update from the delivery person or the customer service. The phone no given of delivery person is not attended the WhatsApp message sent my self is also not replied. Highly inefficient delivery team of shop and customer service. We can give a new name to home centre customer service and delivery team combined customer harassment management team. All hard work done by the front end sales would go to wash with this type of customer service team and...
