I recently visited the Fattoush branch in Ernakulam, edappalli, and my experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered the Mr. Chef platter, which cost 390 rupees. However, the service was abysmal. I waited for an astonishing 1 hour and 15 minutes for my food to arrive.

Upon receiving the order, I found the communication with the staff to be extremely unpleasant when I addressed the delay. The behavior exhibited was unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, there was no attempt to rectify the situation or provide an alternative.

To add to the frustration, when we decided to leave, we were informed that we had opened a bottle and were charged an additional 30 rupees. This further highlighted the lack of transparency and poor customer service at Fattoush.

Not only was the service subpar, but it was disheartening to witness similar complaints from other customers during my visit. This suggests a systemic issue within the establishment.

I urge potential patrons to reconsider dining at Fattoush, Mledappalli, given the unacceptable service standards and disrespectful behavior. My hope is that this review prompts necessary improvements in customer service and overall experience...

I recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality, which made me feel right at home. The decor was beautiful, and the atmosphere was very cozy and intimate.

Now, let's talk about the food. I ordered the mixed kebab grill platter, and it was a feast for the senses. The meat was cooked to perfection and was so flavorful and juicy. The rice was light and fluffy, and the vegetables were fresh and delicious. But the star of the show was the hummus and the freshly baked bread. It was absolutely amazing, and I could have eaten it all night!

The service was excellent as well. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, and he recommended some great dishes for us to try. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the overall experience.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch, and I can't wait to come back and try some more dishes. If you're looking for an authentic Turkish dining experience, I highly recommend...

Food is below average .. don’t try the beef Turkish chips loaded with eggs something like that which is in the menu , it’s a failure must say that , service very bad waited 45 min to get the milk shake and lime juice asked them to get the drink along with the main meal. Waiter don’t have much knowledge about the meal . Lettuce which is inside the salad is not washed, got sand from it , we will feel it when we eat it . Told the waiter about it and again got the same salad with sand . Asked the waiter no ice cream for milk shake , got ice cream for all the milk shake such a irresponsible people , don’t care just keep in the table n go away . Told everything in the counter still no response, no sorry, no apology nothing . Just said next time we will fix it. No next time I’m not coming . I can’t forgive it because I’m a chef n I won’t allow these things in kitchen n in...

We ordered the Korean Dynamic chicken wings as starters, which was mouth watering and a must try. Porotta roll chicken was also delicious, and the dip that was given was exceptional. I loved the dip, it was so good. We also ordered the koozhi rice and bbq chicken, the sauce in the chicken was really good and loved the chicken, but the rice was really so bad. A suggestion is that you try to change the rice because the chicken is so delicious that the rice ruins the dish. The close pizza was tasty, and it had a lot of cheese that I loved, but the crust is really thick, and it's kinda full of bread, so I wouldn't buy it again. But I really would revisit to try the famous Lebanese rice and also the chicken wings. The service is good but the waiting time is too long. The dressing and presentation were great. Also, the Lettuce was real crisp.

Fattoush Global Diner in Edapally left a lot to be desired. Despite trying various dishes, the sheesh tawook was notably disappointing, and the overpriced, mediocre food failed to live up to the hype. The long wait times, coupled with a cramped space and scarce parking, added to the overall frustration. The calamari rings and Korean dynamic chicken wings were just okay, lacking the original flavors. The Turkish pizza shocked me as it was essentially the same as the doner meat but priced higher. The Fattoush special rice with BBQ chicken redeemed the experience, offering a glimmer of satisfaction. Overall, the visit was a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend it due to limited options, high prices, and underwhelming dishes. Improving the menu and addressing parking concerns could enhance the dining experience.
