I am a regular at Arabian palace, often visiting with friends and cousins. This place never lets me down, always delivering a great dining experience. Every time I visit, the restaurant is fully crowded, which shows just how popular it is. The downside to this popularity is that the seating can feel a bit congested due to the crowd. Their Mandhi is renowned throughout the district and comes in various options, including chicken, beef, and mutton. My favorite is the spicy chicken Mandhi, which always hits the spot. The chicken in the Mandhi is always juicy and cooked to perfection. I believe they were the first to introduce the starter veg soup, which is also a delightful addition to the meal and very tasty. One of the best features of this restaurant is that the Mandhi rice is unlimited, making sure you never leave the table hungry. Despite all these positives, there is one concern I have: the parking area. Whenever I visit, finding a parking spot is always a challenge. The limited parking space can be quite frustrating, especially during peak hours. Overall, despite the parking issue, Arabian palace is a fantastic place to enjoy a meal. Their delicious Mandhi and the warm, homely atmosphere make it a favorite forme.

This restaurant serves one of the best Arabian Mandi dish in Ernakulam City. There will be rush during peak hours and considering the small dining area of this restaurant its advised to plan well ahead of visiting. There are no parking area specific to this restaurant so have to park in the roadside. The restaurant staff and managers are very nice towards customers, especially to family. They are very keen to arrange seating for family customers in a first come first serve order. A soup is given as complimentary for all dine-in customers. The mandi, both spicy and non-spicy tastes very good and the service is also fast even during the rush hours. The speed of service is very well balanced and this is really a plus point I felt while visiting this restaurant. Rush hour customer management is really a headache most restaurants in the city face and most of them fails in dealing with this aspect. The biggest downside is they do not accept any credit/debit card payments. They do not accept any digital payment options including Google Pay. In this world of digital economy it is very awful and awkwardly for a restaurant in city to not accept digital payments. Evasion of Income Tax or GST? No Idea!!!

I heard about this restaurant from a friend. Its a pretty unassuming ordinary looking restaurant. The first thing i noticed when i went there for lunch, was the crowd. This place is always crowded. Once you find a seat you are served with some light and refreshing soup. So i ordered a spicy Chicken Mandi. Wasn't long before i was served with a plate of steaming hot Chicken Mandi served with 3 small katoris of mint chutney, a spicy tomato chutney/sauce, and white mayo like sauce commonly served with Arabian food in kerala. Soft flavourful rice and chicken so tender that you can peel it off easily are signs of a good slow cooked Mandi. This had them both. While i delightfully finished my rice while saving some chicken for last. Just when i was feeling sad about finishing all the delectable rice, I was asked if i would like more rice. How can a foodie refuse such an offer? I left the restaurant feeling really satisfied. This is one of the best places to have mandi in the city. The ambience here is very ordinary, there is hardly any parking space available yet this place is always crowded. This speaks volumes about the food you get here, its really good!

Another hotel that falls short of my expectations is this one.I believe that the food vloggers' enthusiasm has made the majority of hotels quite well-known. The majority of them use the money they receive from these restaurants to fund their vlogging.I don't think highly of this hotel.Yesterday, I went to the hotel and had a typical Kuzhimanthi meal there. They served very little, overcooked pieces of chicken along with poorly prepared rice. Why there is no relationship between cooking chicken and rice is beyond me. One has been overcooked, while the other has been undercooked.Average condiments include the tomato chutney, mayonnaise, and kanthari chutney. The majority of vloggers praised it as amazing.Last but not least, let's talk about the cost.A quarter of a standard Kuzhimanthi is being sold for 190 rupees, which is way too expensive.I can tell from reading the reviews that the most of the men in Ernakulam City fail to eat high-quality Kuzhimanthi, and that they are the ones who are leading to the excitement.

Had the chance to revisit my favourite Mandhi Shop after a year. I'd say they have totally upgraded. Earlier it was a small non AC restaurant filled with youngsters. And now they have a new building just behind the old one. It has a beautiful interior and with Air conditioning. It was not that crowed when I visited this time. I tried their spicy madhi. Their starter soup like thing was my favourite back then and I was excited to try it this time. unfortunately, the taste has been changes and it was not good. But the or mandhi is still very yummy with well cooked chicken. It was served along with a red and green chatni and mio. I loved it.. and yes they offer unlimited rice. It's a perfect destination for food lovers. I guess they also had shawarma and alpham here. They have a spacious parking lot too. About the staffs, most of them are not natives and they are starring at women. Management please take care of this as it was annoying and that is why I am giving a 4 star

"If it's Mandi, do try Arabian Palace. It's the best." - my colleague's statement. Finally, we tried this place last week. And, I totally stand by her statement. It's one of the best Mandi you could find in and around Kochi. They offer us a soup to start, which is part of the menu, free of cost. Ordered spicy and alfahm mandi. My choice was spicy mandi, and it offered a different taste and flavor. Even the rice tasted good. Apart from mayo, they offer a special chili sauce, which, when mixed with mayo, chicken, and the rice, delivers something special. They keep on playing a video on how to eat the mandi with the sauce and mayo.😉 With unlimited rice, this place is very economical, worth the penny you pay. Do keep these points when you go :- 1) Though there are two floors, this place is always busy 2) Not a place for fine dining 3) The road leading to the restaurant is narrow, and you will find traffic mostly Accepts all mode of payment.
