Hotel Sapphire, Edappally — Restaurant in Edapally

Me and my wife came for first time to Kochi as we were stayed in plamgrove service villa near to edapally..and at evening went for dinner to the sapphire hotel...our experience was very horrible...we ordered first one veg fried rice and mushroom soup and mushroom Manchurian KOT person came saying Manchurian and soup not available and later asked for availability said in return gobi items only available so we ordered only gobi chilly and fried rice..later when food served veg fired rice was ok and gobi chilly was very much soar..same we informed to KOT person he agreed so and one person from hotel senior staff also agreed that gobi chilly was soar and apologize for it..same when we tried to explain owner he didn't even accepted the mistake and in return he charged for what we didn't had...and also forcing us to pay for it and try to threaten US...and arguing with us ..knowing that we are from Karnataka...our food experience with this hotel was very horrible..and hotel people are also not friendly...finally we also made our point and we didn't paid for the food which was not eat by us...even we asked to call chef and make him to eat but he didn't agreed for it...and on top of it he is replying to us that our taste may differ so we are raising the food is soar..our honest suggestions is not to visit this hotel and don't suggest to anyone in your...

I dropped into this place for breakfast around 9 am. The place is bang on the road at the Edapally Junction and hard to miss if you are going towards the Edapally Chruch from Lulu (without taking the flyover).

The things I liked about this place: Tea Dosa Found a place to charge my phone. Some restaurants don't let you do that.

Things I didnt like about this place: Staff attitude, some people need training in basic communication Stale food - Poori and the sambar with the Dosa Cleanliness - the floor was dirty and was a put off, some chairs had food remains on them.

Worst restaurant i ever tried in my life.I ordered chicken fried rice and chicken fry. Firstly they took around 40 mins to bring my order.And when i checked the fried rice it didn't have a single piece of chicken in it. I complained about this to the server, he arrogantly replied we are serving from 60 years , this is how its made. The second dish was even more disappointing, he served 2 pieces of chicken, not really sure if it was a chicken or pigeon. Very hard and dry meat. Tasteless.
