Absolute Nightmare! Avoid Bloom Hotel at All Costs - Unprofessional, Rude, and Dishonest! I am utterly disgusted with the service and ethics of Bloom Hotel. What should have been a pleasant stay turned into a total disaster from the moment I arrived. First and foremost, they are cheaters. I had a confirmed booking, yet they cancelled it last minute because they received a larger booking at a higher price. This is completely unacceptable and a breach of trust. They have no respect for their guests or confirmed reservations. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude when I tried to resolve the issue. There was no apology, no attempt to make things right—just dismissive and hostile attitudes. Once I finally managed to get a room, the problems continued. You cannot control the room temperature yourself; you have to call the reception every single time you want it adjusted. It’s incredibly inconvenient. To top it off, they randomly set the temperature to a freezing 20 degrees without asking, making for a very uncomfortable sleep & eventually whole trip. I initially had a positive impression of Bloom Hotel due to its bright and clean atmosphere, central location, and comfortable Signature Suite rooms. However, several aspects left much to be desired during our stay, including a small and uninviting pool, a repetitive breakfast buffet, and slow service at the espresso machine.
Unfortunately, my experience took a disturbing turn after leaving the hotel. A waiter from the hotel contacted us on our personal phone numbers late at night, requesting financial assistance to leave his job. This invasive breach of privacy was deeply unsettling, and subsequent text messages further demonstrated a violation of our personal records.
Despite reporting this incident to the hotel, nearly a month has passed with minimal communication or resolution. The lack of action or assistance from Bloom Hotel regarding such a serious privacy breach is disappointing and raises concerns about the management's commitment to guest safety and satisfaction. Read moreWe stayed at Bloom Hotel Dona Paula for some days and it was a very good experiencie. The hotel is very clean, the room is fabulous, friendly and kind staff, in general it was a good experiencie. There are just 2 things I need to point but it didn’t ruined the whole experience: the breakfast. They have a proper coffee machine, which they charge for the coffee. it’s totally fine, however, the barista (actually I can’t even use this word) is terrible. I ordered a latte, he brought a “capuccino” which was definitely not a cappuccino nor a latte, it was almost pure milk and expresso. That’s something I would never pay again surely. Also, there was a small bug (hope until today it was not a cockroach) walking on the breakfast stage, but as soon as it appeared, the chef immediately killed it. We know there are lots of insects because of the weather and the place itself, so that’s fine. We didn’t find any other bug in the hotel or room. I truly recommend the place and would stay there...
