OYO 9517 Hotel Sunheads — Hotel in Goa Island

Recently I stayed here during my work travel for a festival.|Our experience here was not good.|OYO is selling this property as their collection brand but surely this time of property is going spoil their brand value.|It took me almost 1 hour to check in as the room they alloted me was already accopide and they gave me the key luck for me the person was not inside, then they gave me another room but lock of that room was didn't open there was some problem in lock. Then again they gave me another room and I finally after an hour checked in my hotel room.|Room was ok very small but ok had a balcony with full of pegieon dirt and some garbage.|They didn't had full time restaurant as OYO have just opened this hotel but they served breakfast as they charged for it, but it was horrible |They served untoaste bread and Jam, very badly made poha didn't had coffee or black tea. I got a pretty good deal through Oyo for 3 nights at 5,260 RS the rooms are really good, had a comfortable stay and there is a beach just 2 mins walk from the hotel and quite few places to eat around.

Cons- Few of the Towels weren't clean. slow wifi breakfast menu has to be improved, I asked for a jucie and they provided me with Tang. Non veg menu is same through out the week.

Note- I personally won't recommend hiring bikes or cab service directly from hotel as they charge more and is 9-am to 9pm only for hiring bikes, if u get delayed or come late after 9 you have to pay for the next day as well. They were charging around 500rs for bikes. I would suggest you to walk ahead 2 mins from the hotel to BK tours and travels which near royal beach hotel, shop no.2. they charge for bikes around 300-400rs and let u keep it overnight and they pick the bike up next day morning from the hotel. Nice stay, decent service and decent breakfast. Got the room with balcony, a nice view of contemporary houses. Very clean and tidy locality. ||Booked it offline and so got it for little expensive price. Suggestion is to go for booking through some travel sites. ||The hotel offers complementary breakfast(average) but with very limited things to choose from, basically has only three things, a veg dish, bread toast and omelettes. You can't order it again if the served food ain't sufficient for you and you need to give order for breakfast on previous evening itself for next day.||Do take the strolling in the evening or early morning near the hotel or go the beach,its very near.
