Casa Sumanjo — Hotel in Goa

casa suman jo - it was joy at casa suman jo , basically it's a guest house with all basic facilities - A/C , CABLE TV ,bathroom with GYSER & shower , only 4 rooms ( big) on ground floor property right now but owner joy is planning to do some more on first floor , he is very good guy , does not disturbs you any way or may be it's planned this way that you feel at home , best of luck to him for future and one advise - make approach road(10 mtrs ) look good | no food service so no fridge but nearby restorant menu is provided in the room so one can order meal in the room ,pls carry some disposable items - plate , glass etc to eat properly if u want to eat in room otherwise no problem many good restaurant are at walkable distance , plus point - beach is near to casa suman jo, | it is just like going to morning walk but beach is not so famous like other beaches so less crowded no food avaible at beach , best to avoid after sunset if u r with family otherwise u can enjoy full day playing with sea water & sand , casa suman jo is a good place to stay for budget loving person , family , girls bcoz safety is not a issue here , but if ur party all night type person or gang of boys this place is not for u although calangute & baga beach which are happening beaches are just a bike ride away (max. 2 km ) , joy will also help u in hiring bikes or for north/south goa sightseeing tour by AC bus , ...

So i had stayed at #CasaSumanjo for 4 days ....🌟

I would say that from the check in to the check out procedure, the owner Joaquim Fernandes 👷 is very helpful,

He not only guided us for the travel vehicle but also arrnaged it in the lowest price possible...🕺

The place has geaser for hot water, 🌊

Room is spacious with a gallery for keeping it ventilated as well,✨

Bed with proper blanket, pillows, cub board for keeping clothes is provided.🙂

Anything else u need, Jo, the owner, is just a call away, 🤩

It's well maintained and at a very good location where u can travel around to any nearby beaches, specially Calangute beach, which is just walking distance away from the place...😍

I must say it's not like a hotel or guest house, u will feel home just after 1 day of stay der...🤗

Even i didn't had to go to return vehicle as i just parked ir back at guest house and informed Jo on same, so this part saves u time.🙃

He also helped us in arranging cab for airport for return which was offered lowest compared to any cab we approached.😊

In short, i went with the ratings but now as i stayed there, it was really worth it.🥺

Worst experience. This stay has only cons and no pros. I wouldn't recommend this stay to anyone. At around 11 pm, we checked in, settled into the room, and then asked the caretaker if the AC was working. He assured us that it was working completely fine. However, after some time, we realized that only the fan in the AC was functioning, with no cooling. We immediately called the caretaker, who informed us about an issue with the AC and promised to change our room the next day. We agreed, but the following morning, after changing our room to the 1st floor, everything was fine for the first hour, and then the problems resumed. It appeared that there were separate switches to control the power and AC. They had turned off the AC, but the fan and other amenities were still working. When we inquired, they mentioned a single-phase issue, stating that the AC wouldn't work until the power was restored. Throughout the night, they turned off the AC, leaving only the fan and other electrical outlets operational. The balcony view was very unpleasant, with garbage dumped below. The staff showed little concern for customer service. Please exercise caution before booking a room in this hotel. I would give this place a...
