Godwill casa Varca(guest house) — Hotel in Goa

I booked the economical room but the photos available during booking was different. When we tried to check in the evening , the staffs were not aware of the booking. We had to call the manager and waste more time before check in. There was no proper reception and the location is too remote. We had to change to a better room paying more money only becoz we didn't want to change the hostel in the night . We changed to the 6 bed family room and it was fine. Things to remember before booking this hostel - Even the shop keeper in the nearby main road is not aware of such a place , it is far away from theain road with no nearby restaurants..there is no network inside the hostel for BSNL,jio,Airtel and idea, Hostel WiFi was not working , you will not find any restaurants nearby and none of the food delivery apps supply food there, we ordered the food in the hostel itself and the staff bought food from outside. He asked rs.200 as delivery charge for the food of cost 600. We had to give 100 since we didn't want to creat a scene there. I paid advance 500 before going there but the manager acted as he hadn't received it. The only good point I have to say about this place is we got a bus from the nearby main road to escape from there. We did not roam around in South Goa becoz of the hostel experience. I really wanted to rate negative but no choice. I wonder how this place got good rating. Even I booked after reading the reviews . It's not a good place for...

Not one of the best, it is the only best hotel with great hospitality with best budget rate one family can get in South Goa... The Various themed design of wood works is the specialty there... One room can accomodate mim 6 members without any congestion.... Food also very cheap rate with good quality... Maggie mam who is the care taker was very down to earth.. She will arrange anything anytime without any hesitation... Best hospitality one can get... Family friendly hotel...no need to fear for staying with family...
