One of my favorite spots in Varca! Cafe Eden is a small, humble cafe run by a kind-hearted uncle. It’s not a fancy cafe, so don’t expect luxury, but it’s a hidden gem that serves delicious food in a cozy, laid-back atmosphere. The cafe offers a variety of food, mainly breakfast items and snacks, along with a selection of soft beverages, juices, tea, coffee, milkshakes, and cold coffees.
The seating is limited, with just three tables downstairs and a couple more upstairs, so it can get a little crowded during peak times. But the food is quick, fresh, and always tasty, making it worth the wait. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and they never disappoint. The best part? It’s pocket-friendly!
My personal favorites are the Chicken Grilled Sandwich, Chicken Club Sandwich, Toast and Scrambled Eggs, and their fresh juices. The cafe doesn’t offer many vegetarian options, so pure vegetarians might want to consider other places.
One important thing to note is that they close for lunch from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, so make sure to plan your visit accordingly.
Highly recommended for a quick bite that’s always...

However, the actual café turned out to be much smaller than expected. Contrary to the photos, it had only four very small tables, each barely fitting two people. The ambiance was cozy but definitely not what the online images had portrayed.
We ordered their European breakfast. The omelettes were quite good—freshly made and nicely done. However, the sausages were a letdown; they didn’t taste fresh and took away from the overall experience.
If you’re looking for a quiet, no-frills breakfast spot and don’t mind a tight space, this café might work, forgot to mention a very humble owner who is managing the scene. But do keep your expectations in check—the place is modest, and the online pictures can...
Read moreVery nice small simple eatery. We had breakfast there several times during our stay and travel in Goa and found the almost home-cooked food wholesome and authentic. Omelette / scrambled eggs with toast was perfect and made-to-order. Off-the-shelf you could order some nice sandwiches, Chicken Burgers, Meat Croquettes, Sausages and more. Everything is priced very reasonably. The place is small and seats hardy 8 to 10 people at a time but many prefer to just buy stuff and move on. Recommended for a simple...
