Zense — Hotel in Goa

Zense Goa is centrally located at North Goa Candolim with adjacent to calungate-Candolim road.

Hotel-Very neat clean and tiddy with a very good taste of interior design.i would say the moment you steep in it gives you a good vibe.

Staff-Very copretive staff specially Miss Deepa And Mr. Manoj on the front desk.they help us to arrange the room for us on early checkin. Both of them are always ready to serve you with their best services. Even they arranged the bike for us with the same market price, with a very good condition and with a very few Kms run bike.would like to thanks them for that, which help us to make the ride much more comfortable and reach the destinations and attractions hassel free, Even the security Guard was much more friendly.

Room-As we opted for Executive Room,so the room was perfectly sized with perfect floor spacing and relaxing light lumens with perfect balancing wall textures and a unique style celling fan and cut design round mirror followed by hygine Bathroom with a contrast colour of tilling. *though there are some stains or slight cracks to the celling with usually take place after agging of POP celling sheet(which has to be taken care by the management) Beddings were clean and fresh. though the room is been adjacent to road but its still quiet so which helps to give a perfect peace too.

The poolis bit small as u get use to swim at sea but its clean and socialising area @ 2 floor is also where u can have a quality of time at snooker or relax on recliners.

Food-As we were at attractions or beaches during Lunch and Dinner so couldnt make to have it,but we opted for complimentry breakfast so i would suggest and really recommend to do opt for complementry breakfast. They dont serve Buffet but they do provide menu for multiple dish and we can opt from them. they really server very tasty and quality kind of breakfast with a very balancing style of platting.

so in short for me its a prefect holiday with a perfect stay @Zense Resort...

Worst experience as service staff is rude and in comfortable especially Reception person Mr. Manoj

While writing this review. I am staying in this hotel. From last 2 days we are in this hotel. We stay there only for night 10Pm to 11 Am this morning.

Rooms and Food are good.. But the way they provide services are worst.

No one take care from the service staff. Looks and feel like that you are staying in chaal...

Today at evening time ..My Freind and his wife came to my hotel for giving wishes to my son. As today is my Son birthday. And they are staying in near hotel whispering palm

They only come to wish him on his Birthday.

But this chap Mr. Manoj spoil my son birthday.. By saying that Hotel didn't allow any one to meet you in your room even for 15 minutes.

We request its a matter of 15 minutes.. But this chap not Only spoil our plans to celebrate our son birthday in Goa from Delhi. But also give threat that whatever you can do.. whenever you want to raise your voice.. do it .. he never cares ..

I feel writing my grievance will definitely goes to others who really want to book this hotel..

And my grievance will go the management and owner of this worst hotel that if you make this type of laws .. please write down in bold letters on your website and reception area..

So that anyone like us never feels that we book a jail not a room in your so called Hotel.

I know nothing happens while I write this post But I still feel that something will changed when people or families will not going to book in this hotel as it's a jail not a hotel.

They are not cooperating with the family and conditions and occasion.

In the name of there hotel law without any pre intimation of it to the customer.

It's my request to everyone that please don't book room in this hotel. Till that date where management and staff of this hotel will take care about families who pay there hard money and not getting the proper services and also...

The Zense is a very misleading and an awful place to stay. Not at all what it looks like in the pictures and it is in no way shape or form a 'resort'.

The entrance to this place is from an alleyway and the 'lobby' area is just a room. The first room they put me in was ground floor and further down the same alley way. I requested for my room to be changed as I didn't feel secure with stepping out onto an alleyway from my room. They moved me on to the third floor. In order to access the third floor, I had to get into a tiny, moth-infested lift which could barely fit two people and the smell of damp in this lift was horrendous. Please note that the 'resort' is not secure, as this lift is ALSO located within the alleyway and can be accessed by anyone. No gate/door/key card system is in place to access the lift and all rooms can be accessed via this lift. The pool is basically a giant puddle and some astroturf and not really in a state to be used. You won't be able to flush toilet paper down the toilet as their plumbing systems are terrible, therefore they provide you with a pretty disgusting container for dirty tissues/toilet paper.

My 'upgrade' to the junior suite room was falling apart; broken curtain/damp all along the walls/broken door handle/broken light/a sheet of plastic covering the entire window due to a leak, and the list goes on.

I obviously spent as little time in this 'resort' as possible, and I left the sign on my door at around midday to request for my room to be cleaned while i was out, I came back at 11:45pm and my room had not been cleaned. When I called reception to make them aware, receptionist didn't apologise at all, instead he said 'oh ma'am, it wasn't cleaned?' I said no it wasn't and he put the phone down on me.
