Realising that this place gets quite a few good reviews, let me offer a different opinion. I brought my family over for dinner as it was close to our hotel.

Even though the staff try their best to accommodate you it’s messy to say the least. You’ll see UK staff drinking on the job whilst doubling as a game hosts. It’s a little amusing but mostly off putting.

Phoenix also wins the price for the driest turkey to ever hit a plate. I rather have them serve me chipboard with gravy. The majority of food that was served at our table was way below expectations, lacking flavour, texture and basic cooking skills.

One stop shop, you get everything you need, good service, good company, lovely food, vehicle hire, taxi, money exchange, phones taken care of, pick up from the airport, trips booked and treated like family - whatever you want they will get it.
