Radhika Eco Resort (Odonata) — Hotel in Goa

This lovely eco resort has everything you need. Rooms were spacious with both fan and aircon, clean, just bedsheets could have been cleaner. Very nice bathroom. I was looking forward to breakfast every day, tasty food. The swimming pool was available at any time which was great. The staff were all friendly, chatty and helpful at all times. It was a pity that at the time I was there they had no yoga sessions running. The resort is located in the heart of Arambol which is very convenient. The restaurant at the resort serves delicious vegan food, loved everything I tried there, portions are generous. I would highly recommend staying there, a very relaxing and peaceful place, you just want to rest and enjoy yourself there. The restaurant itself has a vibe, you just don't want to leave the place, the food is nourishing and the atmosphere...

A very serene and peaceful resort with a lot of greenery and nature's touch. Everything in the resort is pretty new and well maintained. The cottages are very spacious and clean. Even in the presence of other guests, your privacy won't be compromised. You'll feel that the entire resort is yours alone. The overall aesthetic of the rooms is very pleasant and classy. The swimming pool is one of the largest that you'll find in this price range. They don't have unnecessary rules and regulations, so you can chill freely anywhere in the property. The location of the resort is great. It's a 5 min walk away from Arambol beach and is pretty close to a market too. So you can get everything you need nearby. I couldn't believe the low quality of service and facilities at this place. They didn't have any cottages available so we agreed to stay in the "villa" which was more expensive than the cottages.|When we got to the room it was just one tiny bedroom with a toilet with a shower head right next to it, and a 2.5 metre half-filled outside pool which we were informed would be a jacuzzi. The shower had no water so we had to boil the kettle and pour this into a bucket.|Dusty old bed sheets, no towels, no toiletries, and no tea or coffee tray, all as advertised - when we asked for this, they handed us the tea and coffee sachets in a plastic bag with 2 mugs and no spoons - please see the image attached.|I would definitely not recommend this...
