Roma Pisa Guest House — Hotel in Goa

My stay there was awful...i stayed there in a constant war like situation...the owner and manager there are some kind of hooligans who are taking hard earned money of others and when asked for services either he would create a issue or would provide it after much bickering....we were literally asking for each and every basic thing (which a hotel provide in general without hesitation) by calling the owner again and again coz they don't even have phone in the room... They are providing single kind of breakfast for veg/non-veg...have televisions in room which didn't work in our whole stay....staff is okay but the manager and the owner are super rude and their personalities are more like goons.... They literally care for their money which they have snatched from a simple customer and then they will show you a attitude which you have never expected/seen in a tourist place.. They were providing us basic things as If they are giving us freebies though they have taken a large amount for that prior to our entrance their building. I would have given them a zero rating actually but it is not here so I am forced to give a single star... otherwise they actually deserve a zero openly and whole...

I had my worst experience in this hotel. Services were extremely poor. There was no telephone in room and we had to call owner everytime we need basic necessities. Our booking package included complimentary breakfast but they had fixed their menu to bread Omlette and poori bhaji. We had to fight for each of our requirement in this hotel and they had even fixed the quantity, if you want to eat more then you have to pay through your pocket. TV didn't work in our five days stay, for daliy cleaning also we needed to inform them. Even they cleaned our dustbin on last day in our five days stay. Manager and owner behaved like goons even their body language was like they are there to fight only.They gave only one complimentary water bottle each day for that also we needed to go two floor downstairs. Highly pathetic hotel, Google doesn't have a zero star option otherwise I would have given...

The hotel staff specially room service people are rude, adamant and bad behaved.. I asked one staff for a cup of tea in the room and he completely denied for it stating that we will ruin the bedsheets. After the intervention of the hotel owners the same guy came to the room with the tea and start arguing with me instead of apologising.
