Swastic Hotel at Calangute — Hotel in Goa

This Hotel is a very Big SCAM, Don't Ever try to book rooms in this hotel. The cleanliness is so bad, the condition here it feels like vomitting🤮. The Room service people so rude. The Rooms are not at all clean. The AC are not working there is no Remote for the AC The TV is also off everytime. The WiFi is also not working and whenever we ask for the WiFi they only ignore us and telling reasons to escape The AC is also Leakage Inside the room. The AC water is spilled everywhere in the room like a LAKE. The Door Handles are broken not working we are unable to lock the door in the night. The Bathroom door also doesn't has lock and can't use the bathroom 🚽. Fridge is also not in good condition,it is also not clean at all. They are not providing blankets, Pillows, mattresses, Towels. We have to tell them 100 times then they get alert and do the services which is not at all good . . . AT LAST I RECOMMEND EVERYONE JUST DON'T BOOK THIS ROOMS, THIS WAS THE MOST BAD EXPERIENCE...

Customer service is too bad and the hotel is not at all suitable for families or couple. The hotel people confirmed the booking through agoda chat but when we reached the place they told the room we booked is not available and we need to pay more for different room. Even though the check-out time was 10.30 am, they kept asking us to check-out from 9 am. Few of the staffs were very rude. Even though we parked our vehicle properly as per their instruction, they woke us up early morning and shouted saying that our vehicle was not parked properly, but later figured out that they were actually referring to some different vehicle. They didnt even have the manners to check and confirm the owner of the vehicle before shouting. Cleanliness is also not up to the mark. There were insects in the washroom, no dustbin in washroom or room. They only kept some common dustbin outside the room. Worst customer service, all the reviews posted are fake. Dont make a booking on this hotel or make any payment to them. I made one through agoda but cancelled it due to the behaviour of receptionist(because i made booking online) and as its a scam. Whenever you will call she’ll be in a party or busy somewhere and her response will be “I can’t help you with anything, directly come to the hotel for any inquiry or just send money and make booking...
