Vision Greens Apartments — Hotel in Goa

Manish the person who manages the vision green bungalows is one of the most unprofessional person we have encountered. We had finalized our stay for the new year in bungalow no 4 and he started showing his true colours. First he said that the room on the ground floor has a door which opens up to the bathroom later while booking the bungalow he said the room does not have a door to the bathroom but has a door from the hall, imagine a manager who does not even know the layout of his bunglow and wants to do business. Initially he told us that the care taker will prepare breakfast for us, when we spoke to the caretaker he said that he has been overburdened by Manish to take care of the 4 Bungalows and the apartments that he does not get time to prepare breakfast. The entire premise of doing business with the customer is based on providing false information and trying to cheat the customer. It's good that we came to know if this and cancelled our stay, this must be a blessing in disguise as God knows how many more lies he must have said about the bungalow. My advice to people is don't waste your hard earned money on this fraud, and I'm sure you don't want to start your vacation by dealing with such an unethical person and ruining...

3.5 stars for below reasons: Hospitality and very patient guidance provided by Mr. Deepak, one of the partners of Vision Greens flats available as service apartments. Cooperative and soft spoken staff: Mr. Shiba and Mr. Balram. The location, which is closer to many places around Baga and Calangute. The pool, which is maintained very well. Cleaned and chlorinated on a daily basis.

1.5 star less for below reasons: Rude behavior of one of the partners, Mr. Pankaj. I suggest never speak to him on anything. Will be a major turn off when you want to enjoy your holidays. The flats to be maintained better. Some observations: Rusted fan, non-operative AC remotes, broken commode, squeaky doors, old and rough beds causing back ache, bad roads inside the apartment area which may cause injury if kids are running around. None of the service staffs are available before 10 am and after 6 pm. This is a major drawback as you cannot plan anything in early or late hours, which are actually the best time to visit beaches. Very bad experience.. we stayed in villa V1 for 2 days and the people there specially the owner of the villa is so rude and he is not aware of the any manners and no etiquette. We checked out after 20 mins from the check out time, for that they behaved so rude and used so bad words. Actually they made us to wait for 2 hours during check in for cleaning process. But when we made 20 mins delay they behaved badly..

Pls don't prefer this villa for those who plans to visit with your family. We will be more stressed out because of these people. It will spoil your enjoyment.

If there is any rating below 1 star I would recommend that for this accommodation. This was our second visit to Goa not experienced such a bad place like this.

To add to this the main thing is that these people are accessing our villa with some spare keys when we are not in villa. Without our knowledge. Handling our luggages without any intimation. No primary...
