Hotel Anupam — Hotel in Great Himalayan Range

I had stayed in Room No.28, which was good kind of room in terms of interior and space but bathroom was not so clean. |The staff was not arrogant but they were not so helpful either. They were indifferent to our problems. |We were told that since some organization have booked some rooms and they have taken the kitchen also, restaurant service will not be available for us. Only tea and butter-toast would be available.|We had ordered tea two times, both the times they took one hour to serve the tea and it was of so horrible taste.|So every time we had to go to the some nearby restaurant for breakfast before starting the sightseeing and dinner also at the end of the day, which wasted a lot of our time and it was tiring too as it takes lot of energy for people who are not so used to walk on such terrain. |They also charged 20 Rs./piece for ironing the clothes and 25 Rs./piece for washing which I think is too high for such hotel. |Only plus point is its location, it is just 10 mins walk from the mall road.|So overall it was not so good experience and I would say, if options are available...

worst, dirty.. v were checking in n going upstairs to our room n we saw towels put for drying on the ladder handles..n they were dirty n from the same, the room boy provided us the towels for use.. better to go out for eating..v had food for 3 times a day outside during our stay..couldn't drink even tea..only one sip n it was awful...v ordered omlette for our kid n d plate was dirty..the drinking water provided was dirty..the next we informed abt water n they provided new jug of water, it was also dirty..worst experience...hotel manager also a third class person..v complained of our room being dirty n small in size, so he told that he will upgrade us when the other room guest will vacate..wen we were just readying our bags to shift to other room n went to see the other room, it wasn't cleaned after the guest had left n v called him for cleaning, he said there was no one for cleaning at night, he will mk it do the other day... which meant to use other people used room n bathroom...I literally shouted at the man- wat he thought...

Worst hotel I'd ever visited in my life. Bad service as well as rude behaviour of staff.They have policies which even you don't follow at home,like don't go outside after 12 AM. They have to sleep at that time.They have benefits as a local people and always ready to fight with the customer, keeping rods & sticks at their reception and even use abusive language.They don't know that they are working in hospitality sector. I request everyone not to go there and don't even think of booking such type of hotels.Go with...
