NET NET I DONT RECOMMENDED A PLACE WHERE THE OWNERS ARE MONEY MONGERS AND FOOD QUALITY AND QUANTITY IS COMPROMISED SO MUST MUST AVOID

If you are looking for good services just avoid this place. I went there in the off season with my parents and dog and were late reaching manali. We found these guys who took us to the Monarch hotel.

Rooms are good and have all the basic amenities but cleanliness was not the best but still manageable. IF YOU DON'T TAKE THERE ROOM SERVICES IT WILL BE FINE FOR SPACIOUS ROOMS AND LOCATION

But the WORST WAS FOOD AND OWNER BEHAVIOUR. THEY OVERCHARGE EVERYTHING AT LAST MOMENT SINCE YOU WONT GO OUT AT NIGHT TO EAT. When we raised the concern of poor unhygienic food with the owners she said the CHEF MUST BE UPSET AND NOT IN GOOD MOOD. We paid 700 for Chicken priced at 520 and it FELT THEY JUST SERVED US THE Food left OF THE OTHER GROUP IN THE HOTEL CHARGING 700.

EVEN VEGETARIAN FOOD WE ORDERED WAS MIX VEG AND THEY SERVED MATTAR PANEER PROBABLY BECAUSE OTHER GROUP WOULD HAVE ORDERED THE SAME.

ONCE YOU DECIDE TO STAY THEY WILL WORK TO RECOVER ALL DISCOUNT BY OVER CHARGING PATHETIC FOOD...

Extention of houses/hotels on the way to the hotel monarch makes it very difficult to drive our vehicle through the lane.

Compared to capacity of hotel parking space is less. If ask for hot water to drink you will get geyser hot water, drinking water very bad, hazy in appearance, food/breakfast what is committed you will not get, for hotel service staff was less compare to booking, we had to carry our own luggage downstairs from 3rd floor due to shortage of staff, breakfast not started at given time, puris were prepared very very thick, sandwich which were committed were served very late after persuation, if a single family very difficult to get room of your choice as thy have connected 4 rooms on each side of the floor.

Also Garbage being put on the road side very difficult to stand on the road as it smells & traffic prone area, so difficult to load your luggage in the vehicle since we were 4 families travelling in a tempo traveller which was parked some where far as it couldn't be taken inside the hotel compound due to narrow passage as seen...

I am tourist from gujarat and my name is Tausif Baig visited manali from 25 may to 28 may 2024 in manali stayed in Hotel monarch residency, at the time of check in hotel receptionist show me the rooms what i booked which is totally different what they show me in WhatsApp chat at the time of booking, thus i rejected to stay there because i paid them more for my comfort and my family so they try to convince me stay there so i asked for discount of room rent because rooms they offer me like dharmshala, and hotel staff misbehave with me and my family and returning me booking amount which i didn't accept and told me go somewhere else.their staff also pressure me that if you want to stay here we have rooms what they offered me that was last option for me because i check in at 11 pm at night with my family and they also gave 2 rooms instead of 3 rooms which i booked for 3 days.and i also took its feedback by nearby shop keepers and hotel merchants about hotel they also answered me that this hotel is known here for this...
