Totally dissatisfied with the service and the facilities provided. Never trust these people. Rooms are messy and dirty, no soap & handwash in washroom, washroom is dirty, mattress is totally uncomfortable and blankets are smelling badly, pillow covers are smelling badly and are dirty. Also, blankets, pillows and mattress have tiny insects in them as they are not cleaned from a long time and when Complained about the same, Mr. Sonu (the caretaker) says “kaam chala lo”. Worst hotel visited till date. The manager Surender/Saryender is very rude, arrogant and useless fellow . Garbage kept outside the room, room has broken windows which will give you chilling nights. They dont give towels, soaps and tissues. When asked for warm water as they don’t have electric kettle they will never respond.
