Visited this place after a long time but the experience didn't change. The experience has always been wonderful and this time also had a great time.

First of all I would like to mention the staff. Mr. Dev and his team were really good at their work. Mr. Dev listen listened to all our requirements that we wanted to have in the dish like making it less spicy or having something extra and actually got it executed which is a really great thing as I have experienced that at many places they don't give importance to this.

Coming to the food we had panner chilly. The panner was really soft and fresh and the dish tasted really good. Then we had pav bhaji which was just perfect.

We also had Panner Tikka Biryani. Its a complete package. For rs.280 it had really good quantity. Not only that it was complemented with veg raita that was also given in very good quantity and mirchi ka salan which complemented the taste of the Biryani really well.

I tried their Jini Dosa. It was the best I've ever had. The dosa was perfectly cooked. Soft from inside and perfectly crisp from outside. And the filling was superb.

We also had fried rice that I asked him to make with some special requirements and he got them correct. Also had burnt garlic rice. Both were awesome. One of the best you can try anywhere and not get disappointed.

Just one thing that is there that can bother some is the quantity. Its quite less for a lot of dishes but the taste is really good.

Redefining fusion cuisine at Surat, Samsara restaurant is located at 1st floor of Richie Rich complex at Athwa opposite Sargam mall. The restaurant has a warm & cozy ambience and fancy cutlery too. It can easily house approx. 50 persons. But keeping aside the frills, the strong suit of this restaurant is it's menu. The restaurant serves a variety of fusion dishes. The fusion is evident in every option of the menu.. be it soups, salad, starter, main course, dessert or beverages. For those who are less adventurous, they have the usual options of roti naan dal paneer and biriyani as well. The best part is that all the items are very decently priced between rupees 50-300. The taste, presentation and quantity however definitely trumps the prices of each dish. We ordered pesto pista and parmesan aloo tuk in starters, brocolli almond soup, veg biriyani, and a beverage "thunder float". We were three persons and the quantity was more than enough. All the dishes were so good that it literally moved us with its aroma, taste and presentation. We would be definitely trying out this restaurant many more times to savour all of its savoury dishes.
