Last night I odered handi biryani, and I am surprised they served me red gravy biryani with totally mashy rice! Even was found vegetables r too big in cuts look like very unprofessional chef are highered, They don't know how to cuts vegetables as per prepration of recipes! Very pathetic experience! Need to improve our quality and rework on our recipes! And please don't play with authentic recipes! I never had cabbage, capsicum, whole tomato in any type ( Lucknowi,hadrabadi,kashmiri,bengoli,Kerela) of biryani! In any biryani same 2-3 things r common( curd,whole spices, and ground spices) and u r making makhni gravy biriyani! I was found just 20 percent of rice and rest 80 percent of gravy and un even,badly cuts vegetables in it!

We ordered food from jalaram while our travel from Surat by Ahmedabad Chennai express train. They delivered on the seat in our bogie just on time. Punjabi thali which came packed so well , includes 2 sabjis, dal, chawal, raita,3paratha(options of 5 chapati is also available) , papad, gulab jamun and buttermilk Excellent taste Plain khichdi came with kadhi though we mentioned specifically to give curd. Khichdi was very tasty soft n perfectly spiced. Kadhi was sweet so didn't go with our taste Overall good experience ๐

Ok So I went there on day before yesterday. I had paratha , rajwadi khichdi, sadi khichdi palak khichdi. The sada khichdi was simple as the name suggests. So it was fine but rajwadi khichdi had just groundnut and lacked spices. There should have been dry fruits and spices. The palak khichdi was so bad. Just the boiled spinach was mixed with partially cooked rice and served. Also it was having too much salt. Don't try this palak khichdi at all. It just looks great but tastes pathetic
