Moets Residency — Hotel in Gurugram District

The hotel was too bad, I have booked many times with OYO ROOMS and it was always good to go. But this time it was the worst experience. We requested staff for heaters, mosquito repellants, replacement of dirty, stained quilts, beds were so dirty as well as too old furniture and tempered. even complimentary water as promised by oyo rooms for premium hotels, but we couldn't get any. Also in breakfast we couldn't get much, they just had two things "tea and aloo parathas", and breakfast was also not edible but yes tea was good.||Staff was very rude, we requested them many a times for improvement of services provided to us. Even a guy came in middle of night asking for payment of tea we took, really...would we run from your hotel in middle of that chilly night, they could have wait till checkout!!!||I am telling you all reviews are either by some friends, simply biased.||You should not stay at such hotel if you are looking for some services at all. Apart from that the residency was ok in looks but all these bad services provided by them clear all those good location...

Immaculate cleanliness, maintaining high levels of hygiene, yet having a homely feel- that's Moets Residency Bed and Breakfast in a nutshell. Excellent hospitality. Extremely neatly kept rooms and toilet. Friendly and helpful staff .Good homely food of ones choice [yummmy !!] Transport available for visit to places of your choice. My experience was excellent as I was welcomed by a friendly smile and a wonderful room that was my home for the 2 days I spent there. The service was excellent and the breakfast delicious.
