If you enjoy the smell of damp walls, you’ll love the rooms here. Wi-Fi? Oh, it exists—if you’re willing to stand in the corridor like you’re stealing signal from the neighbors.

Before finalizing the room, the staff proudly mentioned there was a “shortcut” via stairs straight to the main road. Sounded handy—until I paid and was told, “Oh, that door is locked, and I don’t have the key.” Genius.

Food is a luxury here: ₹35 for a plain roti—at that price, I half-expected it to be gold-plated.

We were 3 guests (2 female) and got one towel—which was already wet. Sharing it was apparently part of the “bonding experience.”

The water jar was already full, but looked like it had been sitting there for months. When I asked for it to be refilled, I was told they “added water this morning.” In this damp-smelling room that seemed unopened for months, I’d love to know what “morning” they were talking about.

For the price they charge, it’s less “Hotel Kapil” and more...

As we reached hotel kapil, the first impression was not up to the mark beacause of small parking and conjusted reception,there was no proper seating arrangement at the time of check in,no welcome drink was offered.I booked the deluxe suite in hope of a real suite but it was a small room . Rooms and bathroom was clean but there was no exhaust fan in bathroom and no mix water option for toilet shower(water was so damm chilled).food was okay ( 3 star) but service and behaviour of staff was like a 4 star hotel.View from the room was good (valley view and reddisson hotel view).A lot of power cuts during snow fall makes it uncomfortable because the backup was only for 2 lights . Because of extreme cold the water supply was blocked so we ordered for water in bucket.(so not recommended to come during snowfall).Ridge and mall road was at the distance of 15 min walk (for a healthy person) via lakkar bazaar.I recommend this Hotel only if your favourite or desired hotel is already...

I booked 1 super delux room and 1 delux room in this hotel through MakeMyTrip portal.. I reached at hotel around 8 pm and we are 6 people which I already informed to hotel and makemytrip but I didn't mentioned about 1.5 yrs old baby girl so when I reached they are denying the entry of that girl as I had not mentioned about her at the time of booking and one room was vacant in the hotel. so they forced me to book one more room just for that 1.5 baby girl.. then I asked about the refund they stirctly denied as they don't have policy to refund.. I was with my family so I had no other option at that time so I just booked one more room and hotel owner was there and he was in attitude and he was saying no body can impact his hotel reputation as hotel already had 4+ rating.. such a worst experience with this hotel. I will never prefer this to...
