I recently visited just baked and unfortunately had an incredibly frustrating experience. Despite being a regular customer, I was appalled by the lack of empathy and basic customer service skills displayed by the staff.

Upon ordering a hot chocolate, It accidentally got spilled by the staff member only while attempting to hand it over to me. Despite the mishap occurring right in front of a staff member, they callously refused to provide me with an additional PAPER CUP. It was shocking to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction and basic hospitality.

Not only did I leave the cafe with a ruined drink, but I also left feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. The refusal to accommodate a simple request speaks volumes about the cafe's priorities and their attitude towards customer experience.

The staff member though behaved very politely yet denied the request by saying that if i give you an extra cup then the cost of that cup would be deducted from our salary, come on it was just a PAPER CUP. How high would that...

Just baked by tripti is all time favourite for me and whenever I visit shimla or sanjauli I always visit this place. This place is so amazing with all their food items and i love their products. Food is actually tasty, especially the walnut brownie is amazing but the staff, the staff need improvement. They need to be a bit more professional. Customer service is pathetic and needs to be improved.
