This is one of the oldest shop of lakkar baazar. They only serve lunch here which includes white channa with onion, chattni, kulcha and bhatura. They do have regular water and packed water bottle. The rush is really high during there opening hours and the food gets finished in few hours. The service is fast enough but due to the high demand you will find it slow. Many people get the food packed from this place and they do have small sitting arrangement which accomodate some to sit inside the shop and enjoy the meal. I have been visiting this place from 32 years when there father use to make the amazing flavour food and they still have maintained the same. Sitaraman son is one of the most oldest kind of the restaurant dhaba in Shimla located to the outside of the Mall Road , they sell chole kulche,yeah I would like to read the menu that place only in the entire market because everything is well expensive on the entire Road ahead of you so that restaurant should be your last location for that. Well I reached a little late around 2:30pm , this shop opens early morning and closed by evening 4 or 5pm depending on the daily stock. When I reached at 2:30pm, Lucchi was already over and few orders of Chana was available, shopkeeper said now he is not taking more orders. After standing for 15-20 mins , he said he will take one more order and we can order either Chana Kulcha or Chana Tikki. We were 4 so we ordered 3 plate kulcha and 1 plate tikki 70 rupees each plate. Did not like Kulcha much to be true, chana was good though but kulcha was not that much tasty, I have had better kulcha in Delhi NCR region in normal street shops. Chana tikki was also ok ok only.
