Treebo Varuna With Mountain View — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

My brother booked Varun hotel shimla from treebo, for staying there on 26.01.18.It was booked almost one month before at a room rent 4500/- approx.per day for couple. When he arrived in hotel on 26.01.18 room was in messy condition, when he complained to staff about room then it was start to made clean but room was not good bed sheet and pillows were very dirty. He again complaint for this. He was given another room which was also in messy condition and then on complaint it was made so so clean, In this process my brother waisted almost two hours there before check in.Behaviour of staff was very rude and they were very arrogant. After check in to room he found that geyser was of poor quality and failed to provide sufficient hot water and further there was no heating system in room and parking facility was also not there, These all facts were concealed by TREEBO before booking. My brother was really victim and he complaint this fact again to TREEBO and hotel varun management many times but there was no result at all. In stead of providing any help TREEBO on line help just passed the time by assuring again and again that they re talking to Hotel management and hotel management and staff including hotel owner tried to manhandled my brother and his wife and tried to damage modesty of my brother wife when she was alone in room by beating the door of room and abusing from outside the room and telling to get out from hotel threw out my brother luggage from hotel and my brother with his wife had to leave hotel in very bad condition.My brother arrived Shimla from Bangalore while travelling 2500 KM to enjoy his holidays with wife but this TREEBO and Hotel Varun spoiled his trip miserably. It was really a horrible experience to stay in Hotel Varun, My brother really cheated by treebo I advise to travellers to not trust these websites like Treebo and avoid hotel like varun. Pl dont trust fake reviews and stars given by these websites varun hotel a hotel worth Rs.500 was booked in 4500/-.My brother Lost money finally hotel compelled him to check out to gain more money from other booking due to long holiday period. Hotel VARUN Shimla staff management owner including TREEBO are real culprit for all this mishappening and bad experience...

It was the worst hotel i've been in India. I stayed there for 3 days and it was very annoying. It was very cold and we didn't had hot water in our room and then took 30min to heat up and while showering it suddenly becomes cold again. We could have fallen sick because of that. Additionally we asked for extra bed and got a matress to sleep in that very cold temperature with no heater in the room and just one slipper per room. For foreigners, i recommend not to go there. Besides that, there is no parking space, so when you arrive there you have to climb like a hill with all your luggage on your own and no taxi, no pizza delivery.. just nothing. Food was not good. We travelled like 6hours 12hours from delhi to shimla ans when we arrived there at 9pm we searched for it and had to ask people and got to know that car cannot go there we had to pick everything up and climb. But it had some good things, like its morning view and sunset was outstanding 😍 and it have some nice staffs. And most important there is mall road behind it. We stayed here for a night in a room which charged us around 4k but had no facilities worth the money. Let me share the pros and cons: They made us sit for a long long time before they actually made a room ready for us. Too bad for guests. 2/5 on hospitality Rooms had a skewed view of the valley. Mostly obstructed by trees. No telephone shower the bathroom. Actually there was no shower also. 1/5 for the room. There were other guests shouting in the corridor and speaking very loudly. Rooms are not noise resistant, but the thing is inspite of complaining no one took any action. 0.5/5 for the staff behaviour. Road to reach this place is very steep. Mostly impossible to reach if you have a car, and a pain if you have a bike. Accessibility and location will be 1/5.
