Visited today for dine-in and had a very disappointing experience at KFC Himayat Nagar. • I scheduled an order for the Ultimate Savings Bucket and headed to the store. The TV screen showed my order as “Ready,” but when I asked the service staff, they said it wasn’t ready yet. It took another 15 minutes before the order was actually placed and prepared. • After finally receiving the order, they gave the wrong dip. My brother had already opened it, so we didn’t immediately notice it was not the dip we ordered. When I went to the counter to explain the issue, the staff asked me to return the wrong dip. I told them it was already opened by mistake and requested the correct dip we originally ordered. • Shockingly, the staff insisted I pay for the dip, even though it was their mistake. Instead of acknowledging the error and fixing it, they argued. One team member even told another to take the opened dip away, and the staff literally threw it into the dustbin in front of us. No basic courtesy, no ownership of their mistake, and no effort to make it right. This isn’t about the cost of a dip—it’s about customer service and respect. If a customer receives the wrong item, the right approach is to apologize and provide the correct one, not argue and demand payment. The lack of time sense, the misleading “Ready” status on the screen, and the dismissive attitude from staff made the whole experience frustrating. KFC needs to address this store’s service standards urgently. Staff should be trained to: • Verify orders before handing them over. • Handle mistakes politely and professionally. • Avoid wasting food unnecessarily—especially after taking a customer’s item back. • Maintain basic courtesy and problem-solving attitude. Ok... over all everything is good...but online delivery part here is the worst.... today I ordered one combo which includes 2 chicken krispers,2 hot and spicy wings and a pepsi bottle, firstly I was made to wait for more than a hr to dispatch my order, secondly they have handed over my order to some other guy without checking to whom they are handing it.my order has been cancelled and I ordered it again..and thirdly when I receive my order,the pepsi was missing and there was no hot and spicy wings but the classic wings were given and the krispers were too small than normal one which I have seen and ate...this has been the worst experience from this site of branch..I just didn't expected that they would betray to this level...I just couldn't handle this anymore...so I'll not be ordering from kfc anything anymore...not only this,but whenever I had visited this place to have something or the other,all the seats and tables were full, literally there was no place to sit and they miss out to give any of the things even while I have dine in there...this has been the worst experience I have spent ₹532.. please I appeal everyone don't spend your money ordering atleast from this branch..they gives the worst service to...

"KFC with no AC", very dissatisfied... every time we visit this place they simply ignore our requests saying AC is under maintenance. We almost visited thrice the last two months and the same answer was told. Utter disappointment.😏🤐😐 When it comes to food always fingers licking. Fully crowded with people all the time. We ordered a Wednesday's special chicken bucket combo and one normal chicken bucket combo. Dippers are extra charged as you know. Kids friendly chairs are provided. Fundamentally offers chicken pieces, wraps, sandwiches and coleslaw. While its primary focus is fried chicken, KFC also offers a line of grilled and roasted chicken products, desserts and side dishes. They cook their products well over the minimum temperature recommended by WHO. Moreover, they also created a standard system program to reduce the danger of cross contamination between raw and prepared to-eat products.
