From my very first interaction with Srikanth sir to the warm welcome by everyone at Kirana, it has been nothing but pure joy. Francis sir, Chef Konda, Guddu bhaiya, Joy, Sonam didi, and the entire team have made me feel like I have a second home away from home. They’ve ensured I enjoy delicious food, share good laughs, and create wonderful memories while listening to their life stories over amazing meals. Thanks to them, I’ve gotten to try so many new dishes! If you’re in Hyd, you must visit and try the food here—not just because it’s delicious, but because the staff goes above and beyond to make your experience truly memorable. Pooja ma’am, Pinki, and Manisha from housekeeping have also been delightful, keeping my room in order while sharing moments that left me smiling. The team makes the experience more homely and beautiful.

We just went to restaurant for having a dinner. Overall food was great but star was apricot delight desert. It was very outstanding and would like to go again only for this as well. We tried same dish at various famous outlets but none can match this place. I don't know why others have not rated this place high. But go and try yourself and decide on the same. I have given five star mainly for this dish.

I stayed at Kinara Hotel for two days with my friend on business purpose. The room was average and the location was opposite to graveyard and not worth the price. The food was also average. When I asked the reception to bring empty plates, they said it would cost ₹25 per plate where i felt shocked as even in 5 star hotels they wont charge. The reception staff was rude, arrogant and not friendly. I came to see some other customers also irritated with the reception staff and completely given left and right to the reception staff as they faced some other issues and they also recorded a video and going to publish it in reviews regarding the behaviour of the...
