My parents recently had the misfortune of booking a room at Hotel Grandeur Ameerpet through easemytrip website, and I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience to spare other from this nightmarish ordeal.||Upon arrival at the hotel for our prepaid reservation, my parents were met with appalling level of rudeness from the front desk staff. Despite providing clear evidence of our reservation, they outright denied us a room, making absurd excuses about the hotel not making enough money from from our booking. This blatant disregard for our reservation left us in a lurch, scrambling to find alternative accommodation in an unfamiliar city. ||To add insult to injury , the staff at Hotel Grandeur Ameerpet refused to refund our hard -earned money. It's one thing to encounter poor service, but to be treated with such utter disrespect and to have our money held hostage is completely unacceptable.||I warn anyone considering booking a room at this hotel to think twice. Hotel Grandeur Ameerpet has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, customer care and integrity. They clearly have no qualms about mistreating guests who already paid for their services. staying here for almost 1 month . restaurant bread was not fresh ,they provide expired date bread , after talking to them they bring fresh piece ! it was expired 5 days ! 2 times my room door was trying to get open by cleaning boys , after i caught them red handed they had to take action and watch the cameras as well ! the net was not working for almost 7 days and it is not possible to download . had a problem with plumbs for 2 days , well i was not expecting best since it is india and this is hyderabad . lets face it . and we change the fridge in my room 4 to 5 times because it was not working properly . and for the lizards in bathroom i should consider that natural ! the cockroaches become friendly after a while and we learn to share the bathroom . of course this is an expensive hotel , i dont know about cheap price hotels in koti or abids or near rail way station but my guess is that there you will see a cobra or you will die from unnatural causes , and of course all the time cigarette smoking smell will bother you , so if you are non smoker never come here , totally not satisfied for being here at all and dont suggest to anyone . it was bad , never going to come back . the help desk people are rude and the behaviour is disgusting , absolute waste of money , they dont know how to manage a hotel . absolute...
