I recently visited the Pizza Hut at Panjagutta with high expectations. The overall experience was a mix of positives and negatives. To start with the good, the food quality was generally satisfactory. The pizza had a nice crust and was flavorful, and the brownie for dessert was particularly delightful – rich, gooey, and exactly what you'd hope for.

However, there were several disappointing aspects. Firstly, the portion of French fries that came with my meal was surprisingly small. Considering the price and the usual standard at other Pizza Hut locations, this was quite a letdown. Additionally, I encountered a serious hygiene issue when I found a hair in my pizza. This was quite off-putting and made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen.

On the positive side, the staff responded promptly and courteously. The service boy quickly replaced the pizza without any fuss, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the replacement did not fully alleviate my concerns about hygiene. Furthermore, the Pepsi I ordered was filled with so much ice that it diluted the drink significantly, which was disappointing.

Upon arriving at Pizza Hut's Grand Somajiguda location, we were surprised to find it permanently closed, with no update on Google Maps. Contacting the provided number proved futile, as the staff were unaware of the closure and unable to offer guidance.

We took a chance and headed to the Pizza Hut in Panjagutta PVR next galleria Mall, where the troubles continued. The service was lackluster, with a leaking ceiling forcing us to change tables. We were initially instructed to take a seat, only to be told later that we needed to order at the counter.

Opting for the unlimited pizza deal on a Friday, our order arrived late. Despite requesting garlic bread, it never materialized. While the pizza itself was passable, the overall experience left much to be desired.
