Housr 43 — Hotel in Hyderabad

When I chose Housr 43, it was my first time stay away from family and with a new job and I was wondering how my experience will turn out. But this place never ever let me face any difficulties in settling in a new surrounding. It became my home the moment I entered.

Facts I loved about housr 43 : good food all most always 24/7 security clean rooms ( cleaned by house keeping once in 2 days) super clean surroundings amazing community (we celebrated Lohri and Holi together and many more community events) close to Deloitte, DLF, and many more companies. ( It takes me 10 mins to reach Deloitte) prime location (almost everything is accessible within 2-5 km radius) Ola/Uber rides are available immediately. beautiful terrace and it’s view. fully equipped gym room water filter and fridge in every floor community members play games ( carrom, cards, table tennis, fooseball )

Things that can be improved: They don’t provide lunch except on weekends. The price is a bit high for single occupancy. They charge extra for weekend lunch.

Overall amazing co-living, absolutely the best...

A luxury coliving Apartment. The places where it is clean and tidy, it provides breakfast and dinner during weekdays and lunch in the weekends. The room service takes care of cleaning your room making your bed cleaning your washroom etc on every alternate days. The rooms have AC geyser and every floor has a common refrigerator. The only issue that I could find here was the high rent. For a single room there charging a lot compared to other co living spaces in the locality. And at times the food given is not as expected up to its quality. If you are someone who is looking for a clean and tidy place without considering the amount of rent that you would like to give or your someone who is ready to pay a bit higher than the normal rate for coliving spaces just by taking care of the cleanliness then this is a very good place for you to live in. I have been staying here for the last 5 months and there have been incidents like at times the room service people have forgotten my key at random places and I had to search for it throughout...

Beware of fraudulent Housr

Its been said in your agreement that they will return the deposit money in 60 working days but its been 4 months now till now they didn’t return the deposit money, whenever I call them either they wont pick or they will tell you some any reason for not crediting your money like finance department is doing or razor portal is delaying etc Vishwas the region manager is saying these kind of lies. Advaita the property manager never picks up the call, accidentally if he is picking up he wud saying returning money is not under my control.. but rent collection is in his control. whenever you ask them to return the money they will say 7th OF NEXT MONTH YOU LL RECEIVE. why shud I wait for 7th its 60 days as per agreement?? No answer.. If your rent is delayed for a day they will charge add penalty. Please notice have customer care number for booking not one single number for complaints resolving. Better be out of...
