Super Collection O SS Metro Ritz — Hotel in Hyderabad

Note: same issue with most of them read before booking...I've booked hotel one day ago and paid the amount also and my check-in time was 12:10pm(in day) and I reached there at 10:20 pm then they said they don't have booking on my names and they said they are full and I need to go with my family in another hotel in night ....it was so inappropriate ... actually they checked -in and checked - out behalf of me and without my acknowledge. After lots of discussion and conversion with oyo area manager hardly I got the room...and the bedsheet, washroom was also not neat and clean and gyesyer also don't work... please don't visit there I am uploading pictures also ...the property manager was so rude... don't waste your money if you go there you will regret only...I have Given lots of genuine reviews...Most of the people given same issue check the below review....you will book the hotel and they will alot to some other and when you reach there little bit late...they will say it's already occupied...please check in other hotel...is this good? That hotel license should be ban...when you reach at night with family then you will feel the...

Room is good but not worth for 1400. Compare this amount room was small. Wifi working but it not comes good range in all rooms.I'm stayed 3days.First day they charged 1600. Next day I checked online it shows 1350,then I asked to reception then he told 1400 was final prize . Room number 206 Hot water heater not working.I asked to reception means they not help me & they told we can't do anything. Next day I change my room to 303 .That room AC not working. Staff's they pushed me to bad rooms only. After I argued they gave me 102 room. Compare to 303 it's ok. 2days I paid that hotel fair at morning. But 3rd day I told him I will pay that amount tomorrow checkout time.But he's reply was very worst like baster.He asking to me give me any security deposit for that money like headphones,watches,laptop.How they can told.Because he give an explanation for that when they came to food for hotel means customer away from here. Wrost...

No hygiene and NO housekeeping done DONT GO BY THE OWNER POSTD PIC'S

NOT FOR FAMILY, COUPLES RENT THIS ON HOURLY BASIS.

Rooms are not clean, bathrooms are stinking, jug and buckets are sticky. One of the worst experiences that I had so far. Sheets are not replaced post the checkout, you can spot hairs and stains everywhere on the pillow and bedsheets.

Bathroom is like a public toilet seems like never cleaned in past 6months or so.

Room did not had water bottles, glasses or even the towels or toiletries. I had to ask the reception staff thrice for a towel and finally went down and collected it myself.

Bed Side tables, chairs, teapoy every corner of the room was covered with dust and food particles.

Previous guests food particles were still on bed and bed side tables. Refer my pics

Overall I don't recommend it of you are looking for the clean decent...
