They say that they are from Karnataka, and do not live up to their reputation of friendly people. Otherwise, Cannadigas are very cordial people. The earlier management used to be very nice and the food used to be tasty. After the name changed to Nandini, all the glory and good will diminished. If the management do not take note of these points and improve their customer service and food quality, then they will never be able to win the confidence of a customer.
