Mirame Cafe & Kitchen — Restaurant in Hyderabad

It Was Very HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING, and DISHONOR Situation i faced at mirame R.T.C Cross Road on 19 September of 2024. I was There To Celebrate Occasion With My wife and 2 years Kid, As I entered in the lift pressed button for 2nd floor and was about to move mirami which is on 2nd floor, the lights went off and we wear struck in the lift, i was bothered about my 2 years kid, I was pressing emergency alarm repeatedly again and again repeatedly, but there was no response from Other Side. We also tried to call mirame on Mobile but it was not connecting. We wear Completely trapped in that small lift and the situation continued at least for 15 minutes. Which was a very Bad experience for US, I was mainly bothered about my child. I was continuously pressing alarm when I was struck in lift, if their is no one to respond.... In that case what is the use of that alarm in lift. After Such very Bad Experience we came to 2nd floor trough steps and informed the staff ( Manager ) over their about the issue, And Hear Comes the other disgusting experience to me.

He Simply says.. May be you might have forget to press the button to 2 nd floor, but their is no problem in lift. As I clearly explained the problem and went to lift to show him the problem, he again said the same thing, you had not pressed the button of 2nd floor. its working fine ( at that point of time lift went well ), I explained him it doesn't mean that lift is all right, it surly has some error, because we are the persons who experienced the pain. after this conservation one more worst situation faced by me is .... The manager I was talking had Showed his hand as a gesture like "GET OUT". Its Very DISHORNOR Situation for a customer who should never face it. I Don't know how mirami could hire such Arrogant persons who disrespect customer's. Is This The way To Behave With...

So I wasn't totally happy with the food. We ordered Kadai Paneer with Naan and RED knight drink ,the drink is supposed to be a pomegranate based but all it tastes was lemon, sour lemon not enough sugar to even cover a little bit of sourness. It tasted like that weightloss juices we drink hot water and lemon but cold. Kadai Paneer, gravy was nice and creamy and veggies were good too but the paneer was not at all good, paneer tasted like tofu or paneer pieces tasted curdy, basically paneer didn't taste like paneer, it tasted odd. The gravy for the curry was very tasty but wasn't enough, so when you eat it with naan, all you taste is naan, all you taste is bready bread. Naans were alright. Over all experience about the food wasn't great. We went out and eat something elsewhere. The ambiance was very good. No parking what so ever, but there is a valet. Disclaimer: I am a vegetarian. Verdict: as long as the restaurant pumps out good non-veg I think it will survive. Cause Vegetarian food is generally an after thought for Hyderabadiis. I certainly didn't enjoy the food, as much to look forward to it. Also the restaurant is on the higher end of prices, cause the ambiance is good and I do think, quality of the food is good. But taste not for me. As far as I am concerned there are a lot of restaurants nearby which are tried and tested So I will stick to them for now. I did try to talk to someone about the paneer one guy was nice about it. He said we need to know these things to make it better, but there was another guy who the original guy was sharing this with he was very adamant about it. So I don't...

Mirame is located in the central city walkable from the Chikkadpally metro railway station and is easily accessible. They’re located on the second floor

They don’t have a good cafe menu as they don’t have varieties of coffee or tea available and the drinks they have are also shoddy compared with the new cafés of City.

Food is mediocre with imbalance in spice and the fat.

We visited on a public holiday but it wasn’t really crowded and there were no people by 9:30 pm in the cafe. The ambience is cool but maintenance needs to be revamped for it to sustain.

Taste needs complete reset and chef should focus on the salt and heat they’re utilising for the dishes.
