For a KFC lover this place will always be hotspot even if the food quality is not at par, but for a food specific person like me this outlet lacks the soul of real KFC when talked about taste. There is plenty of space inside and good seating arrangement, housekeeping needs to be improved. Washroom and handwash area was not that clean and the hand drier machine was not working. We had placed order for chicken zinger burger combo and small bucket of Hot and Crispy chicken strips. I will rate 3 star for small bucket hot and crispy, they were not juicy inside plus marination wasn't done properly. Outer crisp was ok ok but overall taste was not that good. Burger was comparatively good but the bread was not that fresh, cream was not properly applied, although chicken crisp used in burger was good in taste, overall i will rate 3.5 for the burger. There were two pieces of chicken wings in the burger combo, they were also ok ok in taste, i will rate 3.5 for them too.

Chicken HC was look like fry multiple time in used oil it was very greasy

Roti of chicken roll was Plastic can't eat

KFC name doesn't mean they will serve same quality everywhere

I order for me and some of item get it packed for my father when I have eaten after few hours getting stomach pain I thought due to acidity or whether

When I reached home my father ate chicken zinger and chicken hot n crispy my father started vomiting after few hours

So if you see the name Of KFC in Bhagalpur it doesn't mean that they will serve fresh and quality food

Worst KFC branch in whole of Hyderabad or even India. They either under cook the chicken or overfry it or forget to add flavor (even salt). So you might get half cooked chicken which is dangerous to eat or overcooked chicken that you can't chew or if the chicken is cooked perfectly they would have not added salt or spices. There is no way you'll get chicken that you would want to eat.

The only reason I order from this place multiple times is because of mistake. I order from KFC on Swiggy and by default this hopeless branch is selected. So if I forget to change the branch to the one in Gachibowli near the IIIT junction, I am screwed and I get the order from this godforsaken branch.
