Disappointing Experience at KFC Outlet, Kapil Towers
My recent visit to the KFC outlet at Kapil Towers left me disappointed and frustrated. Despite being hungry and eager to grab a quick bite, I was met with blunt refusals and poor customer service.
Upon my first attempt to place an order around 11:30 am, I was told that they were not accepting any orders. Understandably, this left me perplexed, especially considering the bustling atmosphere of the food court. Determined to understand the situation, I returned later around 2 pm, only to encounter the same scenario of orders being declined.
The turning point came when I requested a written statement regarding their refusal to accept orders. This simple request seemed to trigger action, as the manager intervened and reluctantly took my order, citing staffing shortages and overwhelming demand as the reasons behind the inconvenience.
While I appreciate the manager's eventual acknowledgment of the situation and his efforts to accommodate my order, the initial lack of transparency and the inconvenience caused by the inconsistent service left a sour taste in my mouth.
In conclusion, my experience at the KFC outlet in Kapil Towers fell short of expectations due to poor communication and inadequate staffing. I hope that the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a smoother and more satisfying customer experience...

I hope you are doing well. I would like to share my experience at your Kapil Towers outlet over the past few weeks.
On my first visit, I ordered the Wednesday ₹399 offer, but I was provided with an open cardboard box without any tissues, ketchup, or a tray. However, on my next visit, a different staff member was very polite and provided a proper bucket, along with ketchup and a tray, which was a much better experience.
Unfortunately, during my recent visit, I encountered the same staff member from my first experience. After waiting in the queue for 5–8 minutes, I placed my order, but I was informed that it would take 25 minutes to prepare. When I agreed and asked to proceed with the order, I was told to return after 20–25 minutes instead. This was quite disappointing, and it made me reconsider visiting this outlet again.
I believe KFC should ensure that all employees provide consistent and respectful customer service. Having professional and customer-friendly staff greatly enhances the overall experience. I hope my feedback helps in improving service standards at this location.

I had called twice to customer and they said I have raised the ticket one was may 4th and again after a week I raised the complaint again as there was no response for the last ticket raised. And customer care support promised me the issue will be solved and giving false statements 😤😤😤. Never excepted by KFC management this kind of service by you people. It’s good that people post social media directly when we face irregular delivery and incomplete order. It’s been 20 days crossed till now no response and no refund … and no solution to the complaints I had raised… In fact professionally I had mailed but no response.. I want KFC to refund the amount .
