We went for our office party here today. I must say that my experience was a mixture of average food and uncomfortable seating. While there were certain aspects of the restaurant that showed promise like the staff. However, there were notable areas for improvement that affected my overall satisfaction.

Let's start with the food. The menu offered a decent variety of dishes, ranging from appetizers to main courses. However, considering the price point, I found the quality and taste of the food to be just average. While nothing was outright terrible, there was a lack of that extra something special that makes a dining experience memorable. The flavors were pleasant, but they didn't quite elevate the dishes to the level one would expect for the price.

Moving on to the seating, the outdoor area provided an option to enjoy the pleasant weather. Unfortunately, the seating arrangement was far from comfortable. It seemed as though they had two extremes: either very low seating or uncomfortably high chairs. This lack of balance made it challenging to find a comfortable position to enjoy the meal. The chairs were not ergonomically designed and didn't provide proper support, leading to an uneasy dining experience.

To make matters worse, the outdoor seating area was not adequately cooled. Today the weather was hot, and despite the presence of a cooler, it failed to sufficiently cool the space. As a result, the discomfort caused by the high temperature affected the overall enjoyment of the meal. It would have been greatly appreciated if the cooling system had been more efficient, considering the outdoor seating area's purpose.

Also we had seen many flies that were landing on the food. This needs to be looked at for hygiene concerns.

The staff members were polite and attentive, providing a satisfactory level of service throughout the meal.

In conclusion, while the restaurant showed potential with the attentive staff, the average quality of the food, uncomfortable outdoor seating, and insufficient cooling system hindered the overall dining experience. I regret that we did not opt for the...

I have been to HRC all over the world and other cities in India India too, I was in for a surprise here in Hitech City HRC.... Went on a later afternoon on a weekday to be told they don't have my favourite Draught, or Premium on the tap. They gave me a taste Geist which doesn't suit my palate, and ended up having Bira white as Blonde was not available.

Service: The first time I was served the beer, the glass had some red coloured stains which I had to bring to their notice and it was replaced. Guys were more interested in shooting reels with a photographer than to attend, throwing stuff one e dto other while I was seated at the bar, a lady server even knocked my chair twice while passing by without an iota of sorry, I pulled the chair even further to avoid that again. Mind you it was afternoon and it was just me and a couple of others in the whole HRC. Not sure if I was at the At the wrong time, people were taking stocks in, hurrying breaking glasses, even saw a kitchen staff having fries from some order. The manager came to check who had taken the leaves, etc, It was an utter mess. I mean these things should be when there is no customer.
