HOTEL SUGANDH RETREAT — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Upon arriving in Jaipur I was greeted at the bus stand by a friendly Tuk Tuk driver who recommended this gem of a hotel and I am so grateful that he did. For the price, the room was quite nice, clean and spacious with a large clean bathroom and nice comfy bed. There is a small garden outside on the side of the hotel that is perfect for eating, yoga, or just relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. But it was the service that impressed me the most. The entire staff was warm and friendly and went out of their way to help me feel at home. Javid and Ragu were excellent at answering all inquiries and the cleaning staff was friendly as well. I must say though that there was one person associated with the hotel who went above and beyond in terms of service, and that was Krishan, the best Tuk Tuk driver in Jaipur, and that is not an exaggeration (if you google best Tuk Tuk driver in Jaipur, he comes up first). If you read his reviews on Trip Advisor or google you will see glowing review after glowing review praising his character, willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that his clients have the very best experience while visiting his city through continues selfless service, deep respect for all human beings, and a powerful and unrelenting honesty that knows no limits. In other words he is a beautiful human being with a heart of gold who will treat you the way that you deserve to be treated without trying to rip you off in any way whatsoever. I can’t recommend him highly enough, and he became a good friend during the four days that I got...

It’s hard to choose to rate here. I give it a 3 because it’s a nice place and nice garden, quiet area and WiFi works good, the people are pretty nice but high in prices for booking a ticket. Breakfast was awesome but the rooms might look clean from the top but definitely not underneath. This hotel would be so lovely if they actually did some scrubbing. Other than that place was fine and cheap on agoda. Could definitely use some extra pillows also. However I don’t really like the India motivation of how they all care about money so much. I had asked for train tickets which where 50 more rupees per price more than the train station. And that was fair to me but then the big guy at the counter asked me for an additional 150, and I still thought that was ok but then he said per ticket. Wow. So let me get this straight. Train ticket costs 200 you charge me 250 plus an additional 150 per ticket. That’s the same price as the ticket itself for you to push a couple of buttons and pay some money out. Absolutely insanity and highway robbery.

Krishna is a tuk tuk driver and very kind soul to be with and hang around Jaipur. He will say pay as you wish so do just that and have fun. This hotel owner also owns two other places...

I stay here in room no 310 Gate of washroom is broken .. Ac was not properly working and when we ask for the remote of ac they says that sir we also dont have remote. Both of receptionist day and night hava a rude behaviour even they didnt properly talk with us..

And also this hotel is horroralble.

We are 6 boys there for stay .

At my first night of stay i saw a sound of anklet first time i think thay its my illusion my one of my friend also saw that voice.

Then i told them that its our illusion

Then second time approx 2:30 am That voice came but this time the voice is louder than last time voice me and one of my friend were not sleep we saw that voice and other who are sleeping this time thay also hear the sound of anklet and very scarly they woke up and say on the lights..

Its was a real story which is happend with me.
