Mahlan Haveli — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

We reserved rooms in this hotel, and we will always remember this stay with the best of memories. Not only are the rooms comfortable and nice, the food exellent, and the service the best, but the family who runs the guest house is so welcoming and the most pleasant people we have ever met. We are not guests here anymore, but part of their family and best friends.

They helped us with organizing our sight seeing, and Harsh has a lot of knowledge about the history of Jaipur and its kings etc. They have their own organic farm, where all the ingredients for the meals come from. My husband and I stayed at Mahlan Haveli for 2 nights in the first instance and the experience was so good we returned for a repeat stay after returning from agra. We've been travelling for about a month in India and I can safely say that it was one of the cleanest, most spacious room we've stayed in so far with lots of light shining in in the morning. The room itself was quite majestic, it was old style heritage with modern amenities such as hot water, kettle, fridge toiletteries, coffee, tea etc. It's located in a very high end neighbourhood in Jaipur so it's safe, quiet and has nice eateries nearby. Very rarely do you come across a place while travelling where you feel as if you've never left home. Mahlan Haveli was one such place for us. From the very start, Harshvardhan ji and Karan ji were incredibly helpful. They helped us check in, gave us good recommendations for places to visit and even brought us chai early in the morning. The rooms are incredibly beautiful, especially the deluxe rooms and the suites - they are very tastefully decorated, and you get the feeling of living in an old style haveli. It is located within a gated society, and the locale is quiet and clean. The location is fantastic as well - you take barely 15 mins to reach the Hawa Mahal and the central shopping district.
