OYO 12908 Shiva's Royal — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

The hotel staff is rude and that means very rude. I had a prepaid booking in last October and they refused me to check in saying that this was not enough for them and i have to pay them more cash money on reception or else they're not gonna check me in. Even after arguing and discussing to them for more than 30 minutes they didn't let me check-in. I booked this hotel via oyo app so keep that fact in mind for rs 999 and they asked me to pay them 500 bucks more. What the hell. I was shocked and embarrassed as well. It was my bestfriend's birthday and we were having plan to get drunk and do full on bakchodi but the hotel is more bakchod than we are. We had to book another hotel via same app and it was far from there but this time the hotel was much fine and clean and we enjoyed our stay and my friend's birthday but it will always be remembered as embarrassing day for me as I failed to book a decent hotel on my best buddy's birthday. Hate this place. ...

Pathetic!! Worst chouce i have ever made. Not a family hotel, its very creepy inside, even i was not feeling safe during my stay in this hotel. Never ever recommended for any girl and not for family. To be very frank i saw so many bad things then and there. Whole the time i was stressed because of the things going around but had no option i had to pass a night beacuse aredy done this booking. Top of all, rooms are really dirty, bathrooms were badly stinking and bed linen was worst of all. Disspointed!!! Oyo!! Please oyo you should remove this hotel from your list. Atleast for the sake of females. This hotel is nothing but a black mark on you. I am feeling veri dissapointed...

I had booked a room in this hotel by OYO rooms, OYO shows best images and promise for good facilities. Hotel provide me all OYO facilities but hotel's rooms are in very poor conditions. In rooms walls and washrooms and sanitation are in very worst. I recommend all travelers to no choose this hotel for your stay either you will get bad experience with their hated facilities and lack of attention of their services.

I also suggest OYO rooms to go every hotel and check regularly their facilities some hotels avoid your terms and policies and it is bad for your OYOs...
