A Nightmare Hotel Experience - Avoid at All Costs!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and it was by far the worst hotel I have ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, it became evident that this was a place to be avoided at all costs.

Let's start with the bathroom, which was nothing short of a disaster. The tiles were cracked, dirty, and in desperate need of repair. The towels provided were in terrible condition, with stains and an unpleasant odor that made me question their cleanliness. It was clear that the hotel's housekeeping standards were abysmal, leaving guests with a feeling of discomfort and disgust.

Moving on to the bed and bedding, it was a nightmare. The mattress was old, worn-out, and incredibly uncomfortable. I could feel the springs poking through, making it nearly impossible to get a decent night's sleep. The bedsheets were no better – they were worn, tattered, and stained, adding to the overall sense of uncleanliness and discomfort.

To make matters worse, the room had numerous maintenance issues. The sockets and regulators were not functioning properly, which meant I couldn't charge my devices or adjust the temperature in the room. It was incredibly frustrating to have these basic amenities not working, adding to the overall disappointment of my stay.

Furthermore, the hotel's location was far from ideal. It was situated in a questionable area, with a lack of security and a feeling of unease. I didn't feel safe walking around the neighborhood, especially at night. The noise from the streets was constant, making it difficult to find any peace or relaxation within the hotel premises.

Lastly, the staff were unhelpful and indifferent to guests' concerns. They showed no willingness to address the maintenance issues or provide any sort of assistance. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. When I asked to change the room they gave me a key of a room with common bathroom.

In conclusion, I strongly urge anyone considering staying at this hotel to reconsider. The poor bathroom conditions, uncomfortable beds and bedding, malfunctioning sockets and regulators, and unfavorable location make it a place to avoid. Don't subject yourself to such a disappointing and unpleasant experience – look for alternative accommodations that prioritize cleanliness, comfort, and guest...

GENUINE REVIEW | DON'T FALL FOR THE 5 STAR RATINGS, THEY ARE FAKE

The Hotel is in no way a 3 star Hotel. The staff is absolutely idiot and unmannered. The staff don't have the sense of hospitality and privacy of their guests.

Whenever you ask for something, the hotel staff will give you uneasy looks as if they are doing a favour by letting us stay at the property for free.

The amenities at the Hotel are not up to the mark: The breakfast buffet at the Hotel is just for name sake. They served only Puri and Bhaji for more than 10 guests, and they were unable to handle even that. The guests had to wait in lines to get even one Puri. At a 3 star Hotel you expect atleast a few dishes along with a few different types of beverages. You'll not even get clean drinking water unless you're willing to bear the expense of a packaged bottle. There is no pantry with an electric kettle in the room, which is a must in a 3 star Hotel. They don't have clean towels. On top of all, the Hotel is under construction (Watch the video attached with audio on to hear the loud hammering in the room).

Horrible experience!!!||Kindly dont ever book this hotel.||I don't know where to start from as everything was horrendously disappointing. It's not a 3-star hotel first of all. I'm giving all the reasons below.||Breakfast was sub-standard. They serve you a day old sabzi with paratha, sandwich and chai. That's it! That's their breakfast spread everyday. No variety at all.||Intercom was not working, even after multiple complaints they do absolutely nothing to fix anything. You have to go downstairs for every need as your can't contact using intercom.||Wifi was as slow as some 2-G network.You can't even send texts on WhatsApp.||Room smelled really bad. AC remote wasn't working too. Washroom seemed like some old public washroom in 90s. The bidet too was broken and was impossible to be used in that condition.||I was shocked to the core to see the condition of this hotel! The pics on their website are fake as the rooms look nothing like it at all!||They're running a scam here and looting poor tourists. Shame...
