Coorg Redstone Villas — Hotel in Karnataka

Rooms : Good. They need to improve on this as there was leakage in bathroom. Though we did not face any problem due to this because we only stayed for one night and most of the time we were out. We also did not inform so really can't complain :-) Service : Excellent. I received excellent service. Each n every person was cooperative. Kishan at front desk at night. The day person was good too. They all were soft spoken . Special shout out to Shashank who helped us in Food part. Special note : Don't have their own restaurant so they bring food from other restaurant with no extra charges. You may order through Zomato and Swiggy too but certainly you will not face any problem due to this as staff there are always ready to help with food and other things. Location : Excellent . Location is very good and it is located at the center. Overall Our experience was very good and would definitely recommend...

The location is superb whether you are coming by bus or your own vehicle. Very near to the main road. If you are taking the room with balcony you can enjoy nice view. Rooms are costly though when you consider the services or facilities they provide. The breakfast option is not so good. Better you opt out and go outside to eat. But the manager or the owner who is managing the property is not cooperative. The property is normally empty even if you are visiting in weekends but they will behave in a way that the property is Fully occupied. We had our bus at 4.30pm and the checkout time was 11 am so we asked for another 2.5 hours extension. First they said the room is booked for next visitors then when we mentioned we can pay a bit for extension suddenly the booking got cancelled and the room was available. Duh!. They couldn't even afford to provide 30mins extra. So we considered to leave and wait in some restaurant. The shower in washroom is not maintained. If you are coming in rainy season you will witness leakage in room. Water leaks out from TV connection as well which is risky as you can get electric shock. In Google i think the ratings are given by there own people because if you check other hotel booking apps you will see...

I recently stayed in this hotel on my visit to Coorg and my experience with the hotel and it's facilities was very unpleasant, dampening my trip to Coorg. The rooms of the hotel were full of mosquitoes and insects, with spiders also roaming around in the washroom. The staff was not at all hospitable, very unprofessional and even rude on multiple occasions. The hotel serves the same tasteless breakfast every day comprising just 2-3 items and does not even provide complementary morning tea, which is a basic facility provided in every hotel, big or small. Overall, it was a horrible 3 night stay at the hotel and I would never recommend anyone to waste money on staying...
