Read moreNever stay with family there, especially in the night. Zero room service in night.
It's kind of a heritage home, paid 3k per night. We stayed just for a night, had horrible experience, from night around 11 to morning 9 we checked out, there was not even a single attender nor phone at room to call. No reception at all. They won't provide water, towel, soaps on their own, we need to go and ask. There was not even drinking water for us in the night, went to the kitchen at midnight n collected from the remaining little water. Food is expensive but okay, room service for the guests is the worst ever seen. Not even a single guy (hotel representative or even other guests) in the entire premises except we family of 4. Big mosquitos n dirty toilet , broken shower tab. Zero maintenance n zero room service. Overall hell experience it was, not even worth of 1k or free per night because no representatives. U have to manage yourself everything.
Finally, we wanted to check out on our own in the morning, gate is closed, couldn't take out our car n step out on time. Called the number found on Google, he sent some lazy guy n he was claiming that it's not his duty as he has he is appointed for serving food only. Finally, We were able to checkout around 9, an hour late.
Just Imagine, first of all it's a old heritage home (like bhoot bangla) if some crime takes on guests in the night, there is no one to attend u till 11 in the morning. Hell... They are mostly into food serving business n lodging is just...
Read moreHad a pleasure of dining at Belli's, and it was a memorable feast. The meal began with Chicken Dynamite as the starter, which was an explosion of flavor! The crispy coating combined with the perfectly spiced, tender chicken was a true crowd-pleaser.
For the main course, I opted for the Coorg Chicken Curry and Aaki Roti. The curry was a masterpiece—rich, aromatic, and bursting with the authentic flavors of Coorg. The aaki roti, soft and slightly crisp at the edges, was the perfect accompaniment, soaking up every drop of the luscious curry.
To complement the meal, I chose a lime soda (sweet and salty). It was refreshingly balanced, cutting through the richness of the dishes and leaving a clean palate for the next course.
Dessert was an Apple Crumble, which was decent but didn't quite match the excellence of the rest of the meal. While the texture and flavors were satisfactory, it felt slightly underwhelming compared to the high bar set by the other dishes.
What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional service provided by Robin and Gagan. Their attention to detail, warmth, and promptness were astonishing and made the meal even more enjoyable. Kudos to the team for making this dining experience remarkable.
Overall, it was a delightful journey of flavors and hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning for another round of their stellar dishes, perhaps with a...
