I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Samanvay Boutique Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home.
The hotel staff at Samanvay are incredibly courteous and hospitable. They go out of their way to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly attending to any requests, their exceptional service was truly noteworthy.
One of the standout aspects of my stay was the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms at Samanvay are not only well-designed and comfortable but also sparkling clean. It's evident that the housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, which is especially important in today's times.
The buffet breakfast at the hotel deserves special mention. It was not just good; it was outstanding. The variety of options available, including local cuisine alongside the usual offerings, was a delightful surprise. It's clear that the hotel takes great care to cater to diverse tastes and preferences.
Hygiene is clearly given the utmost priority at Samanvay Boutique Hotel. In light of the ongoing global health concerns, it was reassuring to see the hotel's commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. Hand sanitizers were readily available, and all safety protocols were followed diligently.
The overall property itself is a gem. It's beautifully designed and provides a serene and tranquil atmosphere that is perfect for both relaxation and business travel. The attention to detail in every corner of the hotel is evident, and it truly adds to the overall experience.
In conclusion, my stay at Samanvay Boutique Hotel was nothing short of delightful. The combination of courteous staff, sparkling clean rooms, delectable breakfast, and a strong commitment to hygiene made for a truly memorable experience. I can't wait to return and enjoy the hospitality of this wonderful hotel once again in the near future. It's an experience I highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch stay...
Read moreI'm so happy with the hotel and staff. I had called in advance to clarify few things and Maruti was really kind and helped answering all my questions. He had also noted what time I mentioned I would be arriving and called me just before I arrived to check if everything was ok. He advised what the approx rate would be as well so I wouldn't be duped.
I think it's the best in town. Very clean, nice spacious rooms (exactly as seen in the pictures). Very helpful and nice staff. Early check in or late check-out (3-4 hours) is accommodated by paying just 1k extra:(+tax). The restaurant uses only coconut oil or ghee to cook. The food is so so delicious and healthy. They also don't use onion or garlic. So satvik as well. The snacks are a type or poha / avalakki and bhel. That was also very nice and light.
They also have complimentary tea and snacks at 4-4.30 pm. They call everyone to let them know about it!
I had ordered room service and was happy with the pocket friendly rates as well. It wasn't crazy exorbitant - e.g. rasam rice and papa was ₹100/-.
The breakfast spread is simple but OMG the live counter dosas were amazing. They are mini so you don't waste food. The wadas friends in coconut oil base me feel less guilty 🙂. They were just crispy and yumm. Also such soft idlies. I was pleasantly surprised to see even methi Dana water and sabja seeds kept with the juices, they are so good for your health. Also the mix fruit juice isn't canned but freshly made and yummy & pulpy. The staff serving at breakfast was really kind and kept checking if I needed anything and was comfortable.
There's an auto outside the hotel, or the staff helps to get one a well. Very convenient when you need to go anywhere. The Autos here run by meter so that's also nice.
Had a great experience and will be my go to for...
Read moreVery bad experience.
My sister and I flew in from Bangalore and checked into the hotel on 26th Nov for 2 nights. The first night itself was a scene from a horror film. On the 26th evening, the lights went off for a bit and when the power was restored, the lights were flickering, a bad sign for what was to follow...
At around midnight, we woke up feeling hot and stuffy, just to find out that there was another power outage. What followed was a few hours of frustrating false assurances from the hotel staff, fear and utter chaos. The windows were sealed so we could not open them for fresh air, there was pitch darkness everywhere so we couldn't step out of the room for help.
At some point we started seeing the lights blowing up and a burning smell in the room. At this point we decided to leave the room and find our way to the lobby.
In the lobby there was no staff to attend to guests, all of them were busy trying to fix a faulty generator. We felt very unsafe and the staff did not bother to provide any assistance or offer a sense of security.
Left with no choice we had to leave the hotel at around 3am.
In conclusion, we chose this hotel since it was advertised as a 3-star hotel with a very high rating. The least we could expect is a hotel of this stature would follow common-sense safety protocols in situations like these to provide their guests with a very basic sense of security. None of the staff members have any idea what to do at the time of emergency, one of the staff member was insisting on using the elevator during a power outrage when the power was fluctuating which is a very basic knowledge anyone...
