Smilo Ice Cream Parlour n Cafe — Restaurant in Karnataka

Can you see, Gandhiji's statue in a cafe or parler.....??? No, No, No Not in cash counter guyes, it is a currency, but in front of wooden cut of with ekjet Gandhi Glass too, it's make so real. I like it, and 1stly show that in cafe.

Gandhiji's Wooden made Face Statue in this premises, I like it, and shock too. This is not a Govt. Dept.

Sitting arrangement is also fine & classic, Chair, Sofa, Bantch, Stool, Highted bar tables is a seating facility as well as 2 person to upto 8 person covered setting arrangement.

Goutam Buddha's statue also, 1 is water fountain type and other are stone (valuable) made stoup.

Counter also food segment wise, but Service and servant staff is not well and likeable as wear clothes and his grooming & hospitality styles...

Interior are well, Back side artificial grass, flowers & trees leaf is colourful and pretty.

Wide Ice Cream variety & Intresting name of it.

Rainy atmosphere at noon time, but somany heat in that...

Great place. I am writing a detailed Review but if you are looking for a nice ice cream cafe then this is the place.

• Amazing look and ambience. The overall setup of the cafe is really well done. There is fun and good seating places available. The cafe looks insane from inside, it is unexplanable, just See it for yourself.

• Unique menu This is the First Time I saw a menu and decided to write about it in a Review. It is a super fun and unique menu which will leave you in awe. There is some super nice options and combos which suit very well. Most of the things are super photogenic as well for posting Anywhere.

• Great food The food is satisfying. Thats all there is needed to say.

• Overall This is such a nice of a cafe, really a nice break from corporate Looking fine-dine restaurants. Even if you didnt like the food the setup of the cafe is worth seeing.

I've visited this place several times. My last visit was with my friends in September 2023. We had an unpleasant experience. I Don't know the name of the waitress (she was short and lean). Place wasn't crwded, and we took some time to decide and order. When we called her, she made a sarcastic comment "ivathe order madtira ilva?" And after having snacks, we called her 2nd time to order ice creams. She only brought 2 ice creams, when we said we had ordered another 1 she argued that we didn't.

First of all, I don't understand why she has a problem with us taking a little more time to order. It's not like the place was crowded or anyone's in a hurry to catch a train. Just because we're younger than the other customers, doesn't mean that we can be disrespected this way by sarcastic comments. Is this the kind of customer service you're providing?
