Ribbons and Balloons - Udupi — Restaurant in Karnataka

Having bought our birthday cakes, communion cakes, anniversary cakes, Fruit cake, Marble cake, pattices, rollsfrom their different branches in Udupi, Shirva, Santakatte, Brahmavar over the past 17 months, was highly disappointed today with their employees @ Udupi store who on requesting to write a couples names on a cake with their icing ( "home made" cake made by a relative in Mumbai) coldly refused to do so, even though I was ready to pay for this service. Just for a little icing was let down by their "don't care " attitude after buying things worth thousands of Rupees....however the employees of their neigbouring shop "Bake and Cafe" were really sweet and did the writing in Icing for us and refused to take any money for it, though I bought a few things because that's what is the right thong to do. God bless their helpful nature and the work of their hands always.

Kindly I am requesting customer satisfaction is most important you worker are very cowerd and ignore the customer satisfaction .

I was order cake and some ingredients and some shanks and they have not make ready at a time and made me waite and also they billed and told total amount I have made payment initially and I told them I will take order at 7 :pm once my wife visited instead of me they have told again some payment need to pay we missed the one item to enter in bill no bill have given taken money and also in take away order some sparkel kit have missed same I have asked them they said sorry we have missed we will send back the money since I am asking them from past 3 days those are irresponsible and not even ready for communication. Whose the owner of shop take nessery action or else this cowerd and useless irresponsible people make your business tournules.

As the Vice President of BNI-Vajra, I ordered a cake from them on the eve of Christmas celebrations for our meeting. What impressed me was their last-minute accommodation of our order and their flexibility with the delivery details.

Initially, we requested delivery at Manipal Inn, Karavali Jn at 7:30 am, but on the day of delivery, we changed the venue to Country Inn, Manipal. The team at Ribbons and Balloons not only obliged but also called us to confirm the delivery. What's more, they didn't charge us any delivery fees, which was truly commendable!

Their professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly appreciated. I highly recommend Ribbons and Balloons, Udupi for all your celebration needs!
