SCAM, Swindle, Fraud, Deception - BAD one!

Which worked today for my wife as follows: late night "taxi" driver at New Delhi International Airport was given clearly ( in writing ) the adress to nearby BIG Hotel: From Terminal 3 To: JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity ( almost 7 minute drive on ONE road to the other end of airport area ), the cab driver a) did not "know how to find it; b) claimed to call them c) said the hotel reported it is full and no reservation ( which WAS done and paid in advance ) AND D) drove to this "hotel". Which is riding with the name of luxury hotel ASHOK !

... and surprise, surprise - the prise was over 100 euros ( NOT the 21 euros they offer at net ). Dirty rooms, dirty everything. Nothing fancy shown in net was available in the room. Local colleagues advised to lock the room and NOT to open to anyone knocking!

Had to arrange JW Marriot concierge ( which confirmed that they DO have the paid reservation ) to send their driver to pick my wife up from the hotel and take into the JW Marriot. The receptionist paid back every rupee they had tried to swindle.

Alternatively my wife would have called the embassy and have them to report the place to police there and then - despite midnight - now that she had the driver to testify.

Worst service and hotel experience ever hotel staff is very rude i book it on #OYO @OYO and at the time of check in they charge me extra 500 bucks after the rooms are very dirty and bed sheets are not clean i ask for change and staff behave like a idiot even there is no hot water in the bathroom they said hot water is available in morning only they said we provide a rod to you i said ok at around 6pm but they doesn't provide it at the end after my almost 10 calls they provide me hot water not rod at around 10 : 30 pm food is worst so i denied my breakfast also and at the time of check out there are trying be smart they ask for my mobile to rate thereself 5 star on oyo app this is cheating oyo need to beware of these type of frauds there ia no option for 0 rating otherwise i prove it to them the room is smelly fridge is broken water closet doesn't work properly worst hotel doesn't book it . Hotel ashoka international a grand name but to no avail, the rooms are good in size but the amenities provided are absolutely the worst, the cleanliness of the hotel is not worth the price, the only thing worth mentioning was the staff service, but sometimes they were lax in nature, coming to the room the room was good in size but they were not properly used, the bathroom was dirty and unhygienic, the taps and accessories were damaged and not in proper condition, the door knob was broken, the toilet seat was unclean and the jet spray was broken, there was a cigarette on the toilet. The bed was okay in size but the mattresses were not comfortable, the bedsheets were unclean and dirty, the blanket was burnt and had holes in it, the towels were unclean and the room was not worth the price. Being in a prime location and the hotel had a hype among the local drivers but my experience was terrible and not upto the mark. Disappointed by the hotel. Not recommended...
